Ya sure! Here's some fun stuff about them

So obviously the au focuses more on Matt and Edd and their relationship, i am never one to shy away from the others and their friendships.

Tomtord's initial conflict with matt is that suddenly Matt, Tom and Tord all have different memories of events that happened. Something is wrong and messing with their memories and they don't know what.

But the ONE MEMORY that Tom and Tord can agree on is that before Tord left for Norway, they got into a huge fight and can't remember why.

Matt can't even help them bc as far as he remembers, these two have always had some sort of tension since grade school.

Could it have something to do with Edd? Maybe thats why they can't remember it properly.

Point is they are in a marriage out of convenience but the more they tag along with Matt on this journey to find out what happened to Edd and why/how he disappeared, they start to finally confront the feelings they've had for each other for a while. Being fake-married has done absolutely nothing to help these resurfacing feelings, if anything its made it worse.

Of course there is still the conflict of Tord running from the government but that helps the gang on a journey to find out any sort of government erasure on their friend. Looking into legalities and whatnot and getting past Crime lords easily with Tord's status.

With Tom its more magical as Tom's demonic heritage comes in clutch when they have to find the angel that Matt saw to question him about edd and the more magical aspects of the disappearance.

Luckily the angel doesn't wanna kill tom, rather it thinks demons are silly lil guys :]

The angel was voiced by a dude named El_Shamro so we'll call the angel Shamrael (Not to be confused with Samael, the angel of death) we'll call them Sham for short (hahahah get it)

Anyways i'm getting off track, back to the annoying gay people:

Eventually at the end they reconcile their past issues as they start to remember why they were so upset with each other in the past. Fears of being replaced mixed in with envious thoughts and whatnot, culminating into Tom revealing that he wanted to Prove everyone wrong about him by really making it in the film industry, and that he's conflicted bc he needed tord, one of the people he believed doubted him most, to help him do that.

Tord reveals that he was mostly talking out of his ass to see what would piss Tom off the most. He apologizes and genuinely think Tom's scripts are really cool. Tord just had issues with people who didn't have similar ambitions or drives like he did.

This is mostly how i see their canon relationship but bc there was no one to fight over being the favorite of (since edd is missing) they actually can talk about it now.

Anyways yay romance they get together in the end, and they do their wedding all over again and its sweet and corny.

There was also a scene that I had where they asked if they would still be with eachother if they set the timeline back straight, and they choose to bring Edd back at the (possible) cost of their relationship/marriage bc atleast they'd have edd.

Can the gang say something nice?

Because he's usually smiling, acting carefree, and making jokes, showing a different attitude to everyone else, and then when the chain breaks to point at himself, we see his true face

Holy wow this entire update was SO MUCH and SO PEAK and I wanted to share a realization I had about Cuphead's dream -- cw: mentions of & thoughts of suicide:

The entire sequence is absolutely phenomenal visual storytelling that really drives home the psychology behind Cuphead's self worth and views on the world.

We get to see up close and personal just how entangled that gambling addiction is to how the world works in his mind. He starts off on a roulette table, which naturally turns into a game of Russian Roulette.

And the fantastic symbolism that the first part of himself he kills is his gambler self. That version of him is what got him and Mugman into the messes they've been in time and time again, it's what's cost him his home, his family, his relationships. He feels absolutely no remorse over that gambler version of him dying.

But then...

He sees his younger selves wanting to participate in this dangerous game...

And he panics. They are the little innocence remaining in him (not to mention the versions shown here are time capsules of two very distinctly traumatizing events for him).

His immediate response is to take the gun to protect them.

And then...

In the next panels, he tries to empty the gun on himself. Why? To save his younger selves.

Besides... aside to the gambler self already he killed off, he sees his current self as the least worthy of sparing out of all of them. He will not take the chance that his childhood selves could die in this game of roulette. Plus, he's protecting them. So what if he dies? They'll be safe then, and it'll be for a noble cause. It'll redeem him, maybe, even if only in death.........

...and then... much to his disappointment......

Once again, he can't die.

And it's the first time we ever actually see him lose his cool...

So unbelievably peak, my jaw was on the floor the whole time and my gut was in a big ole knot from how hard it hit. Thank you both so so much for taking your time in researching and accurately representing nightmares and dreams. The whole surrealism sequence was so well done, it really thoroughly captures how PTSD dreams work, especially because it's not obvious what specific memories dreams are pulling from. Down in our subconscious, it's hardly ever the events themselves that matter, but how they made you feel and how they affected you since.

OH THIS MAKES THE WHOLE UPDATE SO WORTH IT. TO HEAR EVERYONES THOUGHTS AND ANALYSIS ITS PERFECT

When we update live, We sometimes have a special event for those who are reading while we update for the server and the account

While bendy's "dream" was playing out, we changed the whole look of the account to show that something was VERY wrong. and inside the server, absolute CHAOS unfolded. The machine was freaking out and the mods were left to deal with the outcome!

In the server, the machine speaks to the readers who are actively listening and gives them coded messages to debunk! It adds a little bit more interactiveness to the story!!

So while we updated, the machine itself would talk to the server members and i even employed our mods to have a script ready to play along!!

Its fun for the whole gang as well as the authors!
