As a chronic "good heavens" sayer, and as a casual rhyme enjoyer, it's been really hard not to pepper in the phrase "good heavens six sevens" into my vocabulary. It would be so much fun to say, but it would immediately alienate both young hip people and old antiquated people and really only be enjoyed by whimsically autistic transgender women, so yeah :/

Naberius Tern is lowkey such a funny character. He's basically royalty but he spent his entire life third wheeling these incestuous grifter princesses. They were bullying him shitless. Nobody else seems to care about him, including the fandom and the author. He gets murdered and the reactions are all "I can't believe you murdered your cavelier whose name was uhhhhhhh"

Hating how Nolan's Odyssey looks on the basis of being into Classics, but chuds have made it a culture war thing, so now I'm fighting for my life arguing that the issue isn't that Nolan cast trans and black people as gods and heroes, it's that he cast those people and then put them in dogshit costumes

the thing about abstract art is that once you learn the history and context surrounding these types of styles you'll never want to stop beating everyone who says "my kid could do that" to death
