5:30am: wake up
6am - 4:30pm: commuting + completing 12 week clinical rotation I have no say in regarding location, setting, or hours/schedule during which I am allowed 0 personal/sick time off and if I miss any time I have to shamefully grovel to 3-5 individuals for understanding and patience then make up that time in order to complete my degree
4:30 - 7:30pm: Crash Out (alternating eating zero-effort foods, napping, and laying in bed wondering why I live in a society)
7:30 - 9:30pm: Maybe feel alive enough to complete all needed tasks for the day including self care, pet care, cleaning, meal prep, communication, recreation)
9:30pm: pass out very quickly considering usually I've only been awake for about 2 hours at that point
Can anyone who is good at time management help me, my brain is shriveling up and dying
