Picky eaters will love this creamy and cheesy mac and cheese made in a slow cooker. The kids and adults both love it because it's simple to make and tastes great.
Ingredients: 1 lb elbow macaroni. 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese. 1 can 12 oz evaporated milk. 2 cups milk. 1/2 cup butter, melted. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the elbow macaroni until it's al dente, then drain. Cooked macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, evaporated milk, regular milk, melted butter, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper should all be put in a slow cooker. Mix everything together well. Cover and cook on low heat for two to three hours, stirring every now and then, until the cheese melts and the mixture is smooth. Enjoy while still warm!
