These Instant Pot Candied Nuts are a delightful snack or holiday treat. The slow cooking process infuses the nuts with sweet and spicy flavors, making them irresistibly crunchy and addictive.
Ingredients: 1 cup mixed nuts almonds, pecans, walnuts. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 2 tablespoons maple syrup. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 tablespoon butter, melted.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and melted butter. Add mixed nuts to the Instant Pot. Pour the sugar mixture over the nuts and toss to coat evenly. Close the Instant Pot lid and set to 'Slow Cook' mode for 2 hours. Stir the nuts every 30 minutes to ensure even coating. Once done, spread the nuts on a baking sheet to cool and crisp up. Store in an airtight container.
