I cant get over how "light" the Bethesda layoffs probably looked to the Microsoft corpo bean counters

Just completely ignores the decades (if not centuries) of collective experience and knowledge they deleted from Bethesda and cast to the wind.
If Bethesda gets hit again with layoffs I fear it could be as bad (if not worse) than the hundreds of ESO devs who got laid off
also its genuinely disgusting to see some people on here and other websites applauding the layoffs like they were a good thing.

Getting rid of experienced devs instead of just reorganizing the company is INCREASING inefficiencies that already exised. Employees you need are gone, contractors who have no idea how to do anything will need to get brought on board and receive expedited uptraining (which pulls established Employees away from their actual jobs)
All Microsoft did is doing fire loyal employees and hire cheaper contactors to replace them
Dont let yourself be duped by corpo propaganda, this isnt about making Bethesda a better company, its about Xbox bleeding money and firing salaried devs to try to save money thru cheap contractors while the games themselves get released around the same time they were planned to anyways

I resumed the Morrowind studies. As I said (I think?) , starting the three at the same time left me with three wips and nothing remotely finished jajskak. I used different base colors to see how they would interact with the paint layers. Of course, the red one was a terrible choice for a night scene, but I will say that it's a nightmare.
I don't have a coherent process when it comes to paint with gouache, because it's a medium I'm still understanding. I hope I will become more methodic in the future.
And there's cat hair on the paper.
