i'm sick of sugarcoating this shit. denying this fact requires you to believe that trans men as a whole, or specific trans men NEVER pass or are taken seriously as their stated gender (not true, especially in queer or online spaces), are never treated preferentially to trans women (come the fuck on), or aren't men.

even when trans men are not believed about their identities as men they still hold a relative privilege over trans women. like, being treated as a "real woman", as transphobic as that is, is still a privileged position over the inescapable box of being a "fake woman" "deceiver" "invader into women's spaces" that trans women are placed into.

every trans man with huge tits who dont want top surgery sure do get treated like men

hey maybe let’s not play oppression olympics. we’re all in the same fucking boat (which, op isn’t in as far as im aware??) which is that republicans and conservatives want us dead and erased. so maybe let’s stop fighting over who they want dead more. because the answer is both of us.

i'm not arguing with dickheads who genuinely believe talking about how trans women are targeted more is some form of oppression olympics as if this is not a blatant anti-feminist dogwhistle. you will not achieve liberation by plugging your ears and refusing to listen to how and why certain members of your own community are more targeted and more shut out from society than you. of fucking course transphobic bigotry hates some trans people more than other trans people: if this weren't the case it would require transphobes magically attain a sense of gender-equality that they somehow only reserve for trans people but not for cis people.
