Too many ‘Bail Organa wants to befriend clones’ and not enough of the other way around. Bail is nice to Commander Fox 1 (one) time and suddenly he has troopers all over his office. He always has a personal armed escort home whether he needs one or not. They’re offering him knives and shiny rocks and snacks and Bail just can’t bring himself to say no. He goes home to Alderaan for a week and gets a three dozen ‘priority messages’ that are poorly disguised “we miss you” notes. There’s snipers watching over his apartment 24/7. Bail does the bare minimum ONCE and he has the clones undying loyalty and he does his best to be worthy of that.

"knight skywalker," you say, which seems to trigger an autonomic sequence in that man that flips a breaker in his brain and he just starts sobbing on the floor. like what the hell was jedi temple gossip like in the 48 hours before anakin texas chainsaw massacred the place

I need a polite and effective way to say "hey your heart is truly in the right place and your anger is often righteous but I think sometimes you’re getting recreationally mad about things that are frankly not worth the amount of energy you’re spending on them, and every time you do this you're driving yourself slightly more insane with nothing to show for it," and then I need a way to broadcast that message through a loudspeaker to roughly 30,000 people at once, and THEN I need a time machine to send that message to my past self lol. and maybe a second time machine in case past me tries to be clever and sabotage the version of me who comes through the first time machine
