As you can see there are small pieces of paper sticking out of every volume.

But no such paper is sticking out of the Batman comic.

Once again making hasty assumptions, Wright?

First of all, I’d like to direct the court’s attention to this particular spot, in the top right-hand corner.

Notice how the words are blocking the top of the Batman book.

Say whaaaat?

Well uhm

Look at the size of the paper pieces, they’re all sticking pretty far out.

If there was paper in the batman comic, it would be big enough to stick up over the text.

Still grasping for straws, Wright?

Hypothetically, if there were a paper there, this picture would not be able to prove its presence. I’ve taken the liberty of drawing a diagram to illustrate my point. We are faced with three possibilities. It is possible that (1) the paper was simply tucked in deeper than the others.

Paper is a soft material, Wright. It’s not unreasonable for it to do a (2) 90 degree turn. 

Or perhaps, (3) a paper does not exist there at all. 

Either way, you cannot prove your client innocent without sufficient evidence.

I concede that I can’t disprove theory 1

But the image you submited for theory 2 is contradictory.

Look at the tilt of the other papers. They clearly prove how much the paper would tilt.

And theory 3 is my point! Why would the library’s book not have this piece of paper when the other library books do?

While you still have thory 1, there is another contradiction.

Ack.

(Perhaps I should’ve left the artistry to the forensic artist…)

Now hold it right there! It doesn’t matter which direction the paper is going because it’s impossible to prove it even exists!

Those theories are all the same! We do not have enough information to prove them. There could be an infinite amount of papers in there for all we know. I simply presented them only so that the court could better understand your baseless conjecture!

… I suppose the order of the books do seem out of the ordinary. However, therein lies not just one possibility. Clearly, those are Japanese graphic novels, also known as “manga”. And the Batman comic book is a graphic novel, too, no?

Seeing as it currently has only graphic novels in the shelf, it is possible that any other novels have simply not yet been restocked. Asserting whether or not this effect was deliberate is useless– there is no way of knowing if the photographer and the captioner are the same person, let alone their involvement in this picture.

why is something so trivial so worth your time.

so what somebody identifies in a way that you don’t particularly agree with or understand? is it killing you? why is it so important to you that SOMEONE ELSE lives THEIR LIFE the way YOU want them to.

why do we waste our potential, why do we waste our voice, our intelligence, our crafts on hatred.

why do we see innocent human beings, who breathe the same air, who eat the same foods, who walk the same earth, and immutably strive to hate them.

why is it worth wasting your breath over? why is it worth rotting your religion over? why is it worth shrouding yourself in clouds of negativity and ignorance?

where is the drive people had for happiness? where is the drive people had to worry about themselves and their own future?

why do we wake up and question how someone identifies, or how they choose to love, or what hobbies they pursue, or what feats they were BORN into?

why do we dissolve ourselves, down to flesh and bone, in unadulterated hate?

why do YOU care?

not my usual type of work, but i’ve been seeing so much hate on this app, it’s been dreadful. please remember to carry yourself with kindness to those around you. stop worrying about little things. stop worrying about anyone except for yourself.

to reiterate for less confusion, this is purposefully target towards the TADC fandom. i’ve seen an influx of negativity and hate towards other in this fandom.

this show is a beautiful work of art and so many people bring it down by instilling hate and negativity onto one another.

please be aware that your actions and the way you voice your thoughts affect other people.

Transfem also includes nonbinary and genderfluid people (my personal head canon, especially since Goose (a trans woman) doesn't mind people calling Jax with he/him/whatever pronouns), hell, he don't have to be even be a transfem to fall under the trans umbrella, he could be a trans man who over-masculinise himself in order to be seen as a man, but ultimately prefer to to present femininely and feels that he's inadequately a man because of it.

He could still be transmasc and prefer dresses and long hair and feel gender dysphoria due to that. He could be genderfluid, but prefer to dress femininely no matter what gender he currently is. He could still dress in masculine clothes too; I haven't seen anyone talk about how he don't necessarily reject masculinity, rather, he over-masculinise as an effort to diminish a part of him that prefers femininity.

Essentially, just because the bunny is trans doesn't mean that the bunny is now in a straight relationship with a man.

Anyways sorry for the long rant.

Yes exactly! Thank you so much 🥹💖 I've been seeing so many people saying Bunnyteeth is a "straight ship" now and that really makes me worry about potential gatekeeping and policing of how other people enjoy Bunnyteeth.

All Jax's should have the space to thrive! Trans Fem Jax, Trans Masc Jax, Cis Male Femboy Jax, Dysphoric Jax, Genderqueer Jax, just because Gooseworx confirmed the character is Trans Fem on social media shouldn't invalidate or diminish other interpretations in fandom spaces, especially when so much of it was left to subtext and inferrence and the show never confirmed one way or the other.

Alastor in Hazbin Hotel is canonically Asexual, but that doesn't stop people from writing him as Demisexual, or Graysexual, or as non-ace spectrum sexualities too! Not to mention the issues I've had regarding the Aroace Alastor headcanon, where people would come to my fics saying Al can't be shipped with anyone because he's aroace when, canonically speaking, he's not Aromantic. Just Asexual.

I don't want that to happen with this silly little ship too, where people say I'm in the wrong for not writing Jax as Trans Fem and try to get on my case over it. I just have a personal preference for yaoi and I'm here to have fun 🥺✨
