So, another night and another Gary review. This is the Sainsbury's cheddar style and feta style on puff pastry pizza style. LUSH is the only word! I put the cheddar style on first and then added the feta later on. Melted amazingly, tasted so good. So here is my mini review of the new Sainsbury's vegan feta gary (or cheese as it was formerly known). It is super lovely in flavour. I can't remember feta too well as I wasn't ever a huge cheese person but this is quite close! It isn't amazing on its own but mixed in my Greek salad went very nicely. The texture is crumbly, but a bit harder than normal feta. I seem to remember feta coming in some kind of weird watery stuff so maybe that's why? Anyway, it does crumble and by the end of the bowl it looked about the same! In summary - go buy some and try it in a Greek salad with some lovely bread.
