one of my favorite solangelo headcanons is that Will Solace is actually really into the macabre, cause yknow, he’s a medic! He literally signed up to see blood & guts, he doesn’t mind it. He thinks it’s really interesting. And part of the reason why he’s so fixated on Nico is because he presumes that Nico is like, the one singular guy he can actually talk to about bones who won’t get creeped out by it.

I want so, so badly for Will to be wildly, insanely good at using a gun. Like a "are you sure you're not a child of Ares" good. Make it just a weird combo of Apollo's bow & arrow dexterity and being raised in Texas that makes it possible. Sure, Will isn't even good at using a bow and arrow, but how else can anyone explain how his aim is so accurate?
