Reality, living, it's all so much more fun if you don't take it too seriously.
I understand, my dearest little sprouts, it's rough, being a human is hard. Having to deal with these feelings, these experiences, it's not for the weak. Having to find a way to navigate life in general, combined with all the ups and downs it throws at you, it's not easy.
But after shifting for many, many lifetimes, after experiencing all kinds good and bad things, I stopped taking everything as seriously. And genuinely, I have never manifested this much, I've never been so aligned with myself and my desires.
This does not mean that some days aren't hard, that my feelings can't be overwhelming or sometimes I just want to escape this reality without expecting to ever come back.
But it's all just an experience. It's just, something I perceive, observe and ultimately it doesn't affect my existence in general.
When you shift your mindset from taking everything so personally, to a mindset where you appreciate and soak in the good things, but let the bad things slide off you, it becomes so much easier to live, but also to manifest and shift.
It's the whole ''Don't chase, attract,'' idea all over again.
An example of this is this;
A few weeks ago one of my friends asked me to manifest rain and let him know how long it would take me. I explained that I don't usually manifest to get something as quickly as possible, I just acknowledge what I want, and then let go of it.
So I decided I wanted it to rain, despite the weather app predicting sun and hot weather for at least another two weeks. It took like half a week, then there was a storm. Ever since it has been raining on and off, much more than it usually does around this time.
Rather than persist in needing it 'right now' when I manifested it, I just accepted that, because I wanted it, it would happen sooner or later. Which it did! No stress, no worries, no feeling like a failure.
Truly, you can shift in absolutely any way, you can manifest in absolutely any way. But don't make life feel too heavy. Find joy in even the smallest things. I know it's easy to be a glass half empty type of person, but that will not only make life very hard for yourself, but also risks you getting stuck in a vicious cycle of feeling worse and worse.

đ€ hello, my lovelies! in this post, i wanted to go over how to improve your self concept, as i find it to be one of, if not the most, important concepts in manifestation. there are infinite ways to go about this, but here is what works for me!
1. positive self talk
âą negative self talk, i must admit, is a tough habit to break out of at first. something iâll see so many people do is claim that âugh, i canât manifest my spâ or âim so bad at manifestingâ or âim so uglyâ, blah blah blah, the list goes on. now, im sure youâre aware of affirmations. iâm sure you use them. so tell me how saying âim so beautifulâ is any different to saying âim so uglyâ? trick question, theyâre the same. they both show the assumption you hold about yourself. if youâre constantly talking down on yourself, how do you ever expect to change those negative assumptions?
âą whenever you catch yourself thinking or saying something bad about yourself, catch it, and replace it with something good. yes, this also applies when youâre with people. eg, stop joking about âhaha, iâm so broke!â. just donât say anything girl.
âą also, for self concept specifically, i am the biggest advocate ever for mirror work. i will say positive affirmations to myself as i do my makeup, my hair, my skincare, ect. itâs so insanely effective, you wouldnât believe it.
2. think âwhat would my ideal self do?â
âą this is basically just embodying your dream self. pick whoever you want to be, wether thatâs an aesthetic you want to be percieved as or something you want to have, and just think âif i was that version of myself, what would i do right now?â. hereâs a few examples.
âą if i wanted people to see me as a seductive, dark feminine, vampire baddie in public, i would walk confidently, with my lips slightly parted and a subtle glare, keeping a stoic expression and my chin held high. if i wanted people to see me as a soft, babydoll, lizzie grant esque princess, iâd smile softly at people, compliment strangers, bat my eyelashes, and be curious.
âą now, if i wanted to embody someone who was rich, iâd go window shopping. iâd look at everything and think âyeah, i can easily afford thatâ. iâd use my fancy perfume to go to the supermarket and iâd always look clean and polished.
âą if i wanted to embody someone who was with sp, iâd see a couple in public and think âawww, theyâre cute! but me and sp are cuterâ. i wouldnât be checking my phone for their text or stalking their social media because why would i? they love me.
3. put effort into your appearance
âą this isnât to say you arenât naturally beautiful, of course you are. but getting dolled up and feeling like a baddie certainly never hurt anybody. overdress slightly wherever youâre going, wether itâs to a formal event, or just down the street to pick up your depop package.
âą there are so many ways to feel more beautiful. wearing an outfit that makes you feel confident. doing your makeup all pretty and experimenting with it. wearing your favourite peices of jewellery (bonus points if you enchant them). style your hair or wear cute hairstyles (i love me some vintage hairstyles). put on your favourite perfume.
4. self care, of course
âą you have to let yourself feel loved by yourself in order to have a high self concept. how do you expect to hold yourself at a high regard if you donât even like the person you are?
âą there are endless forms of selfcare. physical, such as going for a walk or taking a bath. spiritual, such as meditation or journalling. social, such as hanging out with a loved one or complimenting a stranger. emotional, such as playing an instrument or painting. intellectual, such as reading or learning a new skill. sensory, such as eating your favourite food or listening to music. the list is truly endless.
5. prioritise your health
âą i think it is important to show your body you respect it. this doesnât mean hitting the gym every day and cutting out carbs and sugar.
âą move your body however you can, even if itâs just a 5 minute stretch. eat balanced, donât cut out the foods you love. make sure you have good hygiene. the basics.
đ€ i hope this was atleast somewhat helpful. i know when you first get into manifesting, self concept can feel like a waste of time, but it really is very beneficial and for me, has been the difference between getting and not getting my desires.
Iâm 22 and I genuinely never thought Iâd be writing one of these.
Before entering the void, I was obsessed with the idea that certain people could manifest others into it. I truly believed someone else could push you there. So when I saw Pinkâs experiment, I thought, Perfect. This is finally going to do it for me.
It didnât.
Absolutely nothing happened.
At first I was disappointed, but that failure ended up changing my entire life because it forced me to realise that no one was coming to save me.
Manifesting for others into the void is impossible because your consciousness is YOURS. Nobody can think for you, assume for you, or enter awareness for you. My life was entirely in my own hands and I had been acting powerless the whole time.
That realisation slapped me awake.
For 3 days straight, I simply affirmed: âI enter the void state effortlessly.â âI am pure consciousness.â âThe void state is natural for me.â
Thatâs all I did.
On the third night, I laid down repeating my affirmations lazily and suddenly my body disappeared. Completely. I couldnât feel my limbs, my breathing, nothing. There was only awareness floating in endless silence.
I had entered the void.
The second I realised where I was, I affirmed everything I wanted as DONE and exited.
When I woke up the next morning, my life was unrecognisable.
Not movement or birds before land. No bridge of incidents.
Everything had manifested INSTANTLY.
My dream sports car parked outside my building
A luxury apartment I somehow now had the keys to
Thousands deposited into my bank account
My ideal physique
Clear skin and thick hair
My dream girlfriend
Designer clothes and watches
A high-paying remote job
Confidence so intense people stared at me differently
My anxiety completely gone
A new friend group
Travel opportunities already lined up
Constant validation and attention everywhere I went
It felt like I had shifted into an entirely different reality overnight.
The craziest part is how NORMAL it all felt.
So yes, the void is real. And yes, your entire life can change in a single night.
But the biggest lesson I learned is this:
Stop waiting for someone else to hand you your power.

if you want something, then all you have to do is decide that you already have it and be persistent. many of you misunderstand the meaning of this word in the context of the law of assumption. repeating affirmations, listening to subliminals for 24 hours and doing methods at every opportunity is not persistent. âpersistence is remaining in a state of fulfilled desire. to be persistent means to stick to your assumptions regardless of what 3d reality shows you. if you react to 3d, then you are not persistentâ
by reacting to 3d, you do not allow new assumptions to form in your subconscious. imagine that 3d asks again and again if you are sure that you have mastered void, shifting realities, lucid dreaming, etc. âare you sure? are you 100% sure? but you said before that you always fail. i don't think you're sure. look, you woke up again in this reality without desires. what? do you really believe what you're saying? i ask you again, are you absolutely sure?â. instead of giving a positive answer every time, you immediately give up and scroll through tumblr looking for a new method. you must be persistent, even if you do not get what you want in 3d after a week, a month or a year

if you have negative thoughts, and we most likely will, then immediately replace them with positive ones. negative thoughts also include anticipation of desire. remind yourself again and again that you already have what you want and you are not waiting for it to manifest itself. if you catch yourself thinking that you are waiting for your manifestation, then remind yourself that you already have it

important part. manifest your desires. solve any problems using the law of assumption. you can do it right now, you don't have to wait until you enter the void or shift. it's easy. all you have to do is decide. iâm not asking you to affirm, listen to subliminals, do sats, etc. you just need to think that you already have everything you want and be persistent in this assumption
want a new phone? ok, just decide that it's already yours. you don't have to try to enter the void tonight to manifest a new phone. do you have the flu? decide that you are always healthy (by the way, this does not mean that you should not take medications. take them, but be persistent in the assumption that you never get sick). again, you don't even have to move your fingers. besides, negative beliefs will not make your life better. do negative thoughts fulfill your desires? no, so why pay attention to them? just enjoy the feeling of fulfilled desire. just enjoy the fact that you always get what you want

4d is true reality, 3d is a mirror. live in your imagination, live in the end, only then will 3d reflect your new assumptions and beliefs. these people achieved success because they accepted that imagination is the only reality. you are no worse than them. you can be persistent. and you will be persistent
know that your failure will not affect my life in any way. but it will affect you. if you finally become persistent, then you will get everything you dreamed of all that time. do it for yourself. do it for the sake of experimentation. what if you succeed?
METHODS
let's start with the method of manifestation. all i require you to do is decide, be persistent, ignore 3d, replace negative thoughts with positive ones. this is literally the basis of the law of assumption
in addition to this, you may want to use manifestation methods such as robotic affirmations, subliminals, sats, meditation, etc. overall i'm 50% okay with it. everything is fine as long as you don't put methods on a pedestal. if you start to think that without following one of the methods you will not be able to manifest your desires, then this is a red signal. just relax. you will shift, enter the void void, do astral projection, etc., even if you donât repeat affirmations from morning to evening or donât listen to your entire playlist. donât force yourself to lie on your back and visualize the desired reality during sats. do what you like and when you want it. affirm, visualize, make mood boards, etc., but donât make it a mandatory action. don't force yourself to do anything you don't want to do. and remember you change 4d and 3d, not methods
and i also urgently, on my knees, beg you to abandon methods for void, shifting, sleep paralysis, lucid dreams, etc. if you knew how wonderful it is to lie on your side at night and just fall asleep. no need to lie on your back, affirm, visualize, count. you just fall asleep without setting alarms for wbtb. no meditation, pink noise, theta waves. you donât feel guilty or angry because youâre too lazy to do the methods. you don't scold yourself because you roll over on your side and fall asleep in the middle of the method. you don't feel disappointed that the method didn't work (in 3d, of course). this is a relief and peace that you could have experienced all this time, but for some reason you denied yourself it

CIRCUMSTANCES
i know many of you may have difficult circumstances. but thinking about it you only complicate your life. your thoughts, assumptions and beliefs create your reality. please ignore 3d and your life will become much easier. know that people before you have succeeded in unbearable circumstances (poverty, abuse, death of loved ones, illness). they had doubts just like you, but they lived in the end and were persistent (+ this)
this doesn't mean you can't cry or be angry. no matter what you do, only what you think has power. give vent to your emotions, but be persistent in the fact that you have already succeeded. yes, it can be difficult and unusual, but you have to do it if you want to get rid of undesirable circumstances once and for all
do you have painful periods? cry, donât hold back your tears, but insist that this is not so. be persistent in the fact that you have pain-free periods
are your abusive parents beating you again? scream and cry with anger, hit the pillow, but please ignore the 3d. repeat again and again that you are already in your desired reality, where you have loving parents
are you angry because all the housework is on you? no, no, convince yourself that you are not washing the floors right now. no, your useless brother does, and in the meanwhile you are enjoying a delicious cake
