this is just what i believe, manifesting is shifting. it's the same thing but with different labels. the first person shifted back because they wanted to come back and share their success story. the second person didn't "stay" because, from my perspective, they already shifted by waking up here with their desires, so there wasn't anywhere else to go. i wouldn't worry too much about whether it's called manifesting or shifting though. just focus on your end result and let the labels be labels.

Okay so I need to share this because I'm still in shock.

I'm 17, and about a month ago I got really into the law of assumption. I wasn't desperate or anything, I just wanted to test it out and see if it actually worked. I picked two things to manifest meeting my favorite musician, and some extra money. I figured if both of those happened, I'd know it was real.

My method was simple. Every morning right when I woke up, and every night right before I fell asleep, I'd affirm things like "I am someone who effortlessly attracts amazing opportunities" and "money and exciting experiences flow to me easily." I didn't obsess over it during the day. I just did my little affirmation routine morning and night and let it go.

My mom gets a call from a production company. Apparently my favorite artist's team had been scouting locations for a music video, and somehow our house fit exactly what they were looking for. They asked to film there for two days.

Since they needed the house completely empty for filming, they put my whole family up in this gorgeous hotel nearby it genuinely felt like a mini vacation. Room service, pool, the whole thing, while our house got turned into a movie set.

Then it gets better. The artist showed up on day one and was the sweetest person. When he found out I was a fan, he let me and two of my friends be extras in the video. I still can't believe I was standing three feet away from him getting directed by an actual film crew.

And then my parents got paid $3,000 for the use of our house.

Both things I'd been affirming for weeks, and they showed up together, in a way I never could have planned or predicted.

I went into this genuinely skeptical, did the bare minimum (two short affirmation sessions a day), and watched both of my specific manifestations land in the same 48 hours. If you've been on the fence about trying it, this is your sign to just start. Keep it simple, stay consistent, and let it go.

From what I kinda remember when I started listening to subliminal - they usually have the affirmations layered with either music or some kind of noise (white or etc) and the affirmations bypass ur conscious mind and goes to ur subconscious mind

Another eye opener was, that I did this with a very chilled approach, i didn't do it every night obsessively, I just focused on the physical feelings and the happiness of finally having that problem solved!
