non-dualism in shifting, with a sprinkle of descartes ♱ ahem. i am no expert. i did some research into each concept & interpreted a mash-up like those 2016 youtube nightcore remixes. this is my stream of consciousness, my two cents, explained to the best of my ability. i am always open to questions !!

non-dualism means “not two”, which means “one”. it is the belief that we are everything, everything comes from us. there is no separation or gap between “us” & “others”. following this line of thinking, there is no separation between “us” & “what we want”. it is only our perception that dictates reality.

still with me? okay, good!

descartes. he doubted his senses. he doubted his memories & perception. he doubted the “external world”. which left him with: “i think therefore i am.” he believed in his own existence being real. (this is only part of his philosophy, which is why i specified only “a sprinkle”.)

so, if descartes believed in his own existence, and we apply non-dualism: we exist, and everything exists thanks to us, and everything comes from within us.

now, shifting. if everything comes from within us, and our senses lie to us, who is to say that we are not in our desired reality already? right now, at this very moment? the answer is: nobody! exactly. congrats, you’re everywhere rn.

if it is only our perception that dictates the reality we perceive, then—how do we do that? this is where awareness comes in. this is where we shift (ha) our inner thinking. this is where we assume. it is not necessarily drowning out doubts by repeatedly affirming “i am in my desired reality” and whatnot until you drive yourself insane. you are not convincing yourself. it is the inner knowing, holding the assumption that, “yes, i am already where i want to be.” you are changing your camera lens to see what you want to see.

so, thea, what the fuck is “holding the assumption”?

imagine this: you are in a blizzard. you are holding onto the rope as you walk, so you don’t get blown away or lost. the rope is your assumption (that you are in your desired reality). the blizzard is everything else—doubts, deceiving senses, etc etc. (in joel miller voice:) now you hold onto that goddamn rope !!!!!! i don’t mean constantly remind yourself you’re holding it as you walk. it’s just part of getting to your destination through the blizzard. also don’t fight/hate the blizzard, it is just There™, we ignore and we hold the rope line.

(also i say “getting to your destination” but in shifting, you are already there. let’s just put it as the blizzard obscuring your vision & you think you’re far from your destination but actually you already arrived. yup!)

bottom line is: be nonchalant (optional), hold the line of assumption, disregard everything else. disregard, not pretend it doesn’t exist. the blizzard is there but also fuck it we ball. are you letting a blizzard stop you ??? NO! what is a blizzard against the indomitable human will (aka persistence)? NOTHING !!!!!

& please note: this is not written with the intention of being a momentary burst of motivation, or of being a bright inspiration. i want you to put the phone down & think. my explanation is malleable. mold it & re-word it to how you yourself would understand it best, until it clicks into place. or ask !! and we will brainstorm !!

In manifestation time has no existence. You can manifest anything instantly if you get rid of the concept of time. The point is here to saturate your subconscious mind that you already have it. Your subconscious mind knows nothing about time, if you have a genuine belief that you can manifest anything instantly/ overnight then it will happen.

The time frame is actually made by you. If you belief it is gonna take months it will. So affirm/make time frames in your favour.

Everything you can imagine already exists. You either have it or you don't. Every manifestation is instant.

If you think you manifested something over a period of time, you are mistaken. You manifested it instantly. Every moment before that manifestation was just you manifesting not having it. Until the moment you did. Prior to that, you were just in different places of not having it.

There is no such thing as progress. You either have what you want or you don't. So since every manifestation is instant, that means you can manifest anything instantly. In fact, it's the only way you CAN manifest!

if you are all that is, and if you create your reality, it means you can choose how your manifestations come into fruition. take a look at the identity you hold when it comes to manifestation, do you believe that you need to wait a few days for your manifestation to come into your 3D? or is it that you believe that you can assume the identity of the you who has green eyes and the next time you open your camera or look in the mirror they will be green? That’s literally it. your 3D is always showing you a reflection of you, and nobody outside of you. you can literally assume that there is no process, there isn’t any type of unfolding or structure for your manifestation to follow, it can just appear as is.

i’l use appearance change as an example;

Alessandra wants to manifest height change, she would like to be 5ft7, but is currently 5ft1. however her current assumptions surrounding manifestation are that it usually unfolds for her slowly. over the course of a year she grows to 5’4 gradually, and in her 3rd year she finally reaches her goal of 5’7. she received her manifestation finally after years of hustling because that’s what she assumed to be true, and so her 3D reflected that back to her.

Lana wants blue eyes. She has brown eyes. she assumes she has blue eyes and on a random Tuesday she wakes up and notices oh wait my eyes are blue! this is because she doesn’t subscribe to the hustle of i need to affirm hard, constantly, all day everyday to receive my manifestation. i can decide and it'll come. she also identifies with the idea that her manifestations to do with appearance change do not have to happen on a cellular level gradually, she can just decide and they can appear. if the law is that whatever she assumes to be true is reflected back to her, why would she suddenly have to bow down to logic? That's only a rule if she decides it is.

I also wanted to use a revision perspective. Mary had blonde hair as a kid, and since then she’s been constantly dying it blonde to hide her dark roots because as she got older her hair darkened. she decided okay my hair has always been blonde, it’s naturally this colour, I’ve never dyed it. the next day she was looking at family photos with her mom who tells her 'you're so lucky your hair stayed blonde. mine darkened so much that I've spent years bleaching it.'

this is because Mary understands that all she has to do is decide, and it's done. she doesn't believe reality has to slowly rearrange itself before reflecting her assumption. she doesn't believe there needs to be a bridge she consciously experiences. she simply accepts that her reality reflects who she is now.

the only thing separating 'instant' manifestations from 'gradual' manifestations is the meaning you assign to them.

if you assume appearance changes take years, your reality can reflect years.

if you assume they can happen overnight, your reality can reflect overnight.

if you assume there is a process, you'll experience a process.

if you assume there isn't one, there doesn't have to be one.

nothing is stopping you. there isn’t some external force blocking you from shifting. it’s just you, holding onto thoughts, doubts, the need to “be perfect”, the need to find the “key”.

you keep adding steps, methods, conditions. you keep trying to understand it, control it, perfect it. but all of that is just noise.

shifting isn’t something you achieve through effort, it’s something you stop resisting.

so instead of asking “what else do i need to do?”

ask yourself: what am i holding onto that i don’t need?

nothing is in your way except the idea that something is.

drop it.

and i don’t like to call my CR an “OR”, because it presupposes that we originate from somewhere or have a “home” reality.

Reality is one huge playground

Remember to use all the tools and every unfair advantage you have to have fun !! Knowing about shifting/manifesting is THE CHEAT CODE. We already broke out of "the matrix" and we're functioning on Creator Mode, so why would you hold yourself back? Break all the rules and create new ones for yourself. Make the 'impossible' possible for yourself. Whatever desires you have right now, multiply their intensity and size by infinity. THINK BIGGER. By all means indulge yourself in all that you please. No one can stop you because you are quite literally GOD.

We've been overcomplicating this shit alot. If you want to shift decide, btw If u forgot what deciding is, it's just choosing something.

You want to shift, you can decide(choose) to wake up in your dr. It's simple. You don't have to feel anything new in order to shift.

"But I'm not in my dr yet i tried everything?" IT'S CALLED AS LAW OF ASSUMPTION, YOU DECIDE WHAT TO HAPPENS NEXT. AND IF YOUR USING NON DUALISM DID YOU FORGET THAT YOU AND YOUR DESIRES ARE NOT SEPARATE?(Non dualism and law of assumption are same but, non dualism gives much more details about manifesting/shifting.)

"I can't see it how can i assume it" Assumption means to believe something without proof.

YOU CAN LITERALLY CHANGE YOUR LIFE 180. DOUBTS CAN'T DO ANYTHING TO YOU UNLESS THINK SO.

I WANT TO SHIFT-> I DECIDED TO SHIFT-> TADA I SHIFTED

Next, one of the biggest misconception is that you failed in that shifting attempt

Failure don't exist. It can't exist because you’re shifting ALL THE FREAKING TIME.

"But no I didn't shift, not even once" BECAUSE YOU SAID SO. IF YOU DIDN'T SHIFT TO DR AFTER DECIDING PERSIST. STICK TO YOUR PLAN BBG.

IF YOU DON'T WANT IT THEN PERSIST THAT YOU'VE WHAT YOU WANT.DON'T GIVE A FUCK ABOUT 3D IT'S JUST A DAMN MIRROR. IT REFLECTS YOU. THERE'S NO WAY IT CANNOT.

THE ONLY THING THAT MATTERS IS YOU. NOT YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES. NOT YOUR DESPERATION. NOT YOUR DEPRESSION.

If you think it's going to take a long time, then it is. If you think your doubts will ruin your shift then it will. They don't have power, you have. Your assumptions have. And you can change it whenever you want.

IT'S SIMPLE. EASY. FAST.

_There have never been two people with the same exact assumptions on everything and since our awareness shifts based on that, am i the only awareness in my reality? are other people even aware?

_what about people who spent their entire lives wholeheartedly believing in a lie(santa/ god /cult) how come that didn't manifest ?

_how do people with extreme mental disabilities that can't form a coherent thought abd animals and newborns who are in a constant state of wtf manifest anything.like no baby assumed there is more than the womb.

How did the first manifestations occur ? reality mirrors the assumptions, what assumptions created the womb,the brainless fetus ?

before i answer, just to preface, i don’t follow one strict lens. the way i see things is a mix of loa, non duality, pure awareness, and my own experiences. so this is just how it makes sense to me personally.

take what resonates and leave what doesn’t. the most useful understanding is always the one you arrive at yourself. it tends to stick more because it feels like your own, not something borrowed.

i don’t see this as something with one objectively correct framework. different interpretations can coexist, and each one shapes how you experience things. so it’s less about finding the “right” answer and more about finding what actually clicks for you.

that said, my perspective still does lean heavily into non duality. if you’re coming at this purely from an loa lens, this might sound confusing or even contradict what you’re used to. so if that’s not what you’re looking for, feel free to skip this one lol.

now let’s get into your questions:

1.) there’s no real separation between “you” and “other people”. there is just awareness.

that doesn’t mean other people are just npcs or empty vessels, they’re just as real and aware, but it’s all the same awareness showing up as different people.

so it’s not like there are multiple separate awarenesses. it’s one awareness, just being experienced from different points of view.

because of that, the idea of “controlling other people” doesn’t really make sense here. there isn’t a separate “other” outside of awareness to control. there’s just what’s happening and being experienced.

2.) nothing is actually “failing” to manifest.

what you’re seeing right now is just what’s showing up in your experience.

so if someone believes in something and it doesn’t physically happen, it doesn’t mean manifestation failed. it just means this is how things are appearing right now.

you can think of it as different realities if you want, but you don’t have to. from this perspective, it’s just “this is what’s happening”.

no success or failure, just what is.

3.) you’re not your body, your thoughts, or your mind.

you’re the awareness that all of that shows up in.

so manifestation isn’t about thinking hard enough or having the “right” thoughts. thoughts are just another thing that appears.

nothing is being forced into existence. nothing is being pulled in.

everything is already here, just showing up within awareness.

so babies, animals, people who can’t think clearly. they don’t need to “manifest” anything. they’re already part of the same awareness. existence doesn’t depend on thinking.

4.) there isn’t really a “first cause”.

that question only comes up because we think in terms of time, but time itself is part of the experience too.

so asking “what created the first thing” doesn’t really work here, because everything, including that idea of a beginning, is happening within awareness.

linear time isn’t real. everything is happening simultaneously because everything is arising within awareness right now.

awareness just is.

and everything else, bodies, thoughts, the world, all show up within it.

i’m still learning as well, still piecing things together over time, so i definitely don’t have all the answers. and what clicks for me might not click for you.

that includes your desired reality.

you did not randomly “find” it. you became aware of it because it already exists within you. so if it exists within you, if you can perceive it, imagine it, feel it, then it is not separate from you.

and if it is not separate from you, then what is there to reach?

why would you not be able to shift there, when there is no “there” that is outside of you in the first place?

the only thing that says you cannot is the belief that you are here, and it is somewhere else.

remove that separation, and the question answers itself.

you never left your dr, wake up.

​Because infinite realities already exist as completed states within consciousness, there is absolutely nothing to create. A shift is simply a quiet choice to look away from one stream of data and recognize another as the current truth.

Okay guys i got this insane idea of getting fast results of whatever you want to manifest and it's called "aware affirmations", basically we all know that we are awareness/consciousness living in a human body, we are experiencing the universe itself, we are a spark of God in a human costume.

Everything in our life is an identity, for example you identify yourself as smart, as a police officer, as a teacher, as a cafe waiter/waitress, these are all identifications of how we are or of what we are, we literally identify ourselves as humans, as some kind of species.

Now if we want to use it for manifesting anything you want, for example:

You want to manifest being skinny so you're going to identify yourself as being skinny, so what you should assume/affirm? "i am aware that I am skinny"

Another example:

I want to manifest an iphone 17 i would say "i am aware that i have an iphone 17"

I want to manifest a superpower i would say "i am aware that i have telekinesis powers"

I want to manifest my dream face i would say "i am aware that i have my dream face"

I want to manifest being rich or a billionaire i would say "i am aware that i am a billionaire"

Let's say you want to manifest being a master at shifting, void state, lucid dreaming, astral projecting and you would identify yourself as being a master of them:

"I am aware that i am a master shifter"

"I am aware that i am a void master"

"I am aware that i am a master at lucid dreaming"

"I am aware that i am a master at astral projecting whenever I want to"

So how does this method of affirming work?

Since we are awareness and we are always aware of something, when you tell yourself you're aware of being that something or having that something you're basically telling your subconscious that you're already are it, you're already are that famous actor, you already have that mansion, you already are in a relationship with that SP.

You are telling your brain that you are aware that you are that person and that you identify with your desire.

I literally tried that and said "i am aware of being skinny" and literally the second I said that my body started shrinking and moving and it was so fast!
