God im replaying we know the devil and losing it a little bit. Jupiter is Almost perfect, shes good at so much, the captain likes her. But it's not good enough that shes just. Almost. Its not good enough that she tries to be kind and that she doesnt drink or look at boys or say her feelings for girls out loud. It's enough that she thinks them. It doesn't matter that she tried to just get everyone to go to sleep and not think about who the devil was, it's enough that she had those thoughts and that anger and those wants and this complete misery with her life at all. Its not enough that she doesnt even let herself complain. All it takes is that she has those feelings at all. Almost the perfect role model, and she still gets sent here. The three are SO good at three different hated kinds of people and its so good. And like on some level jupiter is wildly aware of this. She enjoys acting out she likes drinking with Neptune she clearly doesnt give a shit Venus obviously not being a boy and she hates the captain and she finds shittalking him and the others funny!!! She clearly doesnt agree with the homophobia and transphobia everywhere. She tries to have the best of the both worlds and stay out of trouble and have these little pockets of life with her friends. But its still not enough. It's still never fucking enough!!! No amount of repression can possibly save her because she wasnt born good!!! It doesnt matter that she starves herself of her own life it doesn't matter that she turns away from her best friends it doesnt matter that she tries to save them within the confines of this awful awful hand theyve been given. She does exactly what they ask. It still isnt good enough.Its so good. I love this game. I fucking love this game. I know this isnt anything new but I love this game!!! I love this game!!!
