EVOLUTIONARY PSYCHOLOGY FOR THE GIRLS
First, when it comes to evolution, there are two main characters that create the foundation of all else.
Survival
reproduction.
that's it that's what all this is about. For evolution to happen first you survive, then you pass your genes. Otherwise what will evolve? 100000% of you - your body, your habits, your thoughts &c &c &c exist to serve this purpose.
In the hierarchy of purposes, survival >> Passing genes, hence miscarriages etc etc etc. In a choice between your survival and survival of your genes, your body will chose you. In survival between you and your children, your psyche will choose them: see- people jumping into fires to rescue their kids even though they'll probably die. Whatever puts your body to risk HAS TO GO. You are alive rn because your immunity system has won 100% of its battles (or, more accurately, has never lost). Fever is basically either the infection goes OR we both go RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH.
Whatever happens, whenever, understand your body would rather die than lose you.
Lets talk SOCIAL pyschology because thats what matters.
a) Why do I say if you're going to spend time with a man get something, anything that you need from them first. Either sex or just your time, charge a man for it. WHYYYY would I push hoe & prostitution tactics? So that you don't hate yourself.
Think of it as caveday days right. You reproduce with a weak male that has not offered you security in terms of resources. It dies. What happens to your children? They die. You reproduce with a strong male . It gets you a cave and resources. What happens to your offspring? They survive.
The human psyche hasn't evolves as much as we think it has. You spend your effort - sexually or emotionally- on a guy get something from him you could've never gotten by yourself. Then even if you break up you wont have that resentment.
Sex workers are usually more mentally stable than 50/50 good girl Im DOiNg It FoR LoVe dumbos because their psyche is noy being tormented at a programming level. You see those crimes of passion you rarely see sex workers doing that. Its the CHrIsTiAn and GoOd Girls that are shooting their men when they cheat because they are being tormented. Psychologically youre being punished for putting your bloodline at risk because how will your children survive??
Whatever puts you or your non existent children at risk, you will ALWAYS be internally tormented over. No amount of therapy will save you from this. 2 years of sitting on a couch is not undoing 5 million years of programming. You see birds & other animals etc males have to prove they can take care of children to have a chance at mating and community its human pickmeishas buying into the dumb shit that is morality and patriarchical bs.
b) You are lazy by nature. Mammals esp are naturally hedonistic its not an all rounder have you seen bees? Ants? But we are mammals and mammals are hedonistic. What does this mean? In this context- LAZY as they come. Why? Because being out and about could get you killed. Understand you serve only two purposes. First, don't die. Second, maybe, reproduce (this is important yes but if you don't eh). So things that serve this have hormonal level rewards. You eat. You feel good. You sleep, you feel good. You have sex, you feel good. Your body says yesssssssssssssss lets do this again okay?? And you know what doesn't feel good? Working hard. Because you are burning away energy and then what if there's a famine and you die??? Burning fat is so hard because?? HELOOOOOOOO??? Energy reserves?? Its like you have a car and then an oil barrel and then you pour it to look better like what are you doing rn?? Easy calories + easy energy and remember they used to have like. Dry spells ok. They didnt have supermarkets and government run farms. So easy calories = good. Sugars. Fats. You eat them you are swarmed with feel good hormones. Like yessssssssssss we will survive yay. veggies? Low calories? NOPE ew. You see it? Lying down all day = conserving energy= yay. Morning run = burning energy = whyyyyyy would you do that relax. when you need to I'll shoot up adrenaline and we will survive the tigers. So save energy so when we have to run from the saber tooths we have enough calories to not die after I fight and flight us outta here.
You're lazy because you are supposed to be. Hedonism IS the operating system of a mammal. This is why I tell you muscle memory - active habits. Esp for women. Program it into your muscle memory so it falls under lazy, too.
c) Connectivity >>> everything else. There is NOTHING you won't sacrifice at the altar of being connected. NOT even your life. Human beings are a social species. This is, all things considered, the father of all sins. MOST of your problems trace back to this annoying little fact. Whole bunch of experiments (Trigger warning, gets HORRIFYING) show this. The Primate Corollary by Harry Harlow, (Least horrifying btw), Whatever Rene Spitz was doing in the 1940's (bro?????) , Emperor Federick III (was an accidental discovery mind you) &c &c they get worse as you go but, yaknow :)
I will not put myself through the trouble of explaining your peer-driven social media addiction. You already know.
Me MySeLf AnD I- liar liar pants on fire.
Isolation will actually kill you
You're not sigma you're a loser
DiSSaPpEaR Go GHOsT go to therapy ma'am. pls.
I Am BeTtEr ALoNe coward.
If you don't find connectivity forward like normal people, you will seek it in loser ways. Being a hater is actually a way to stay connected. Triangulation is a way to stay connected. No stronger bond than two people that hate the same person. Loser behavior. Make friends like normal people. Go outside touch grass. So you're not a stalker or something. You WILL seek connection whether or not you want to. Do it in ways that make sense.
Rich powerful women that perish at the hands of some boy (No brittney spears was hurt by this) do so because they lacked connectivity and that boy gave it to them. I told you there is NOTHING you won't scarifice at the altar of being connected, NOTHING. Why is an abuser's first move to isolate? Because then they are your only connection (see, stockholm syndrome). When you are connected to only one person you will justify everything they do to you because the alternative is to lose the connection and no?? I told you you WILL die if you have no human connection. You'll die. Thats why abusers isolate you. No pets no nothing. whats the main cause of suicide? Loneliness.
SEEK connection and anyone that attempts to isolate you goes. Immediately. You ever heard victims talk and its like?? Are you insane? no they're protecting their connection because its the only one they (think) they have. You work in any kind of social service / mission work you pull your hair out scream cry what do you MEAN you love the person thats beating the hell out of you and raping you?
ISOLATION (or the threat of one) is where all insanity begins. It doesn't even have to be real. You know that thing you feel when you think people are talking badly about you? Shame. Embarrassment. These serve to prevent isolation. Your mind punishes you so you don't do things that might isolate you.
On an evolutionary basis we are pack animals. Lone wolves are dangerous but lone people just dieeee. This isn't Tarzan you will die. Back in the day in the motherland (Hello Savanna) You just die.
-> Pack animals = pack mentality. The more you stand out the more you will be punished. If the punishment doesn't work, you get worshipped. See : Celebrities (esp non relatable ones) -> Social animals = hierarchical. We ArE aLL eQuaL lol if you say so hun. -> Pack animals power driven. Because power = survival. -> Pack animals = crab mentality. If you go too far out of the savannah you might die. If we all die the species dies. So stay here.
and. Survival. IS the goal .
It isn't about learning to be alone (Coping) its about widening your connectivity base and learning to stay in the room because perceived threat isn't always a real threat. Be a blogger , have friends, go to church, join groups on Facebook etc, join reddits about your interests, join book clubs, gain power because people will always gravitate towards power, etc.
d) Learning is by apprenticiship. Ties to pack animals but also language is so young in the grand scheme of things. You know how they say your kids will do what you do not what you say? Exactly. If learing was by reading everyone that reads all those self help books would be gods by now. Robert Greene saying even after writing the 48 laws of power he himself still broke them was so real. He didnt learn them by practise he learned them by research. And not -stand next to these people and observe, no he read in a book. LOL. Thats not how we learn. on today's episode of GO OUTSIDE TALK TO PEOPLE TOUCH GRASS, you can ONLY learn by practice. Information is only power in execution. You read things to KNOW. And that rarely helps. I KNOW that if I fall into water and relax in minutes the Mammalian Gland Reflex will kick in and I will be able to survive for longer. Ive known this since I was a teen. Throw me into an ocean I am flapping screaming crying etc. StAy CaLm be serious. Information is empty. Yeah I know Jupiter is the fifth planet in our star system. Okay now what? Everything you need you will learn in practise.
You and your hg (ape version) are going gathering. Hg eats a fruit. Hg falls and dies. You say oh dammnit that one kills. YOU HAVE LEARNED. If you never eat it, your chances to survive increase. You tell the clan yo hg ate THAT ONE and died let's not. Clan survives. Species survives. Yes? . And survival is the primary goal.
Apprrenticeship. You see? Yes? YES. Okay. :)
Reading is for knowledge and analysis no for practise. HoW To is a apprenticeship game. Reading is for history and literature and religion. Science. Logic. These things, they're done in practise. Experience is the best teacher.
So, you see how our parents, bless their colonized souls, insisted on us reading? When you have kids, insist on them doing. Okay? Okay. If they fail exams who cares. You and me we passed, now what. Insist on your kids being doers okay? Let them do. Let them help out around. Make them work chores in the farm put them in woodwork and whatever classes require doing. DIY for hobbies not ipads. Doers okay? Doers.
e) Pain is natural suffering is a choice. Im tired of typing soooo :)
In your 20s, you'll feel like you're losing the race. It's important to understand that there is no race.
The World War II-era "Simple Sabotage Field Manual" is full of steps that office workers can take to resist leadership.
A declassified World War II-era government guide to “simple sabotage” is currently one of the most popular open source books on the internet. The book, called “Simple Sabotage Field Manual,” was declassified in 2008 by the CIA and “describes ways to train normal people to be purposefully annoying telephone operators, dysfunctional train conductors, befuddling middle managers, blundering factory workers, unruly movie theater patrons, and so on. In other words, teaching people to do their jobs badly.” Over the last week, the guide has surged to become the 5th-most-accessed book on Project Gutenberg, an open source repository of free and public domain ebooks. It is also the fifth most popular ebook on the site over the last 30 days, having been accessed nearly 60,000 times over the last month (just behind Romeo and Juliet).

Gosh it would be a shame if this got even MORE visibility.
Whoops my cursor slipped.
genuinely wild to me when I go to someone's house and we watch TV or listen to music or something and there are ads. I haven't seen an ad in my home since 2005. what do you mean you haven't set up multiple layers of digital infrastructure to banish corporate messaging to oblivion before it manifests? listen, this is important. this is the 21st century version of carving sigils on the wall to deny entry to demons or wearing bells to ward off the Unseelie. come on give me your router admin password and I'll show you how to cast a protective spell of Get Thee Tae Fuck, Capital
Share the knowledge
Okay, here we go! I'm gonna try and put this in order from least to most technical knowledge required. I'm not responsible if you accidentally create SkyNet etc.
Level 1: browser extensions
This one is basically impossible to get wrong, or at least to get wrong badly enough that it causes any problems.
Get Firefox, or a Firefox fork like Waterfox. If you use a fork, make sure it's one that will let you use add-ons. On a PC, pretty much any Firefox fork will take add-ons, but on mobile devices, many don't. Iceraven is one that does.
Get the add-ons uBlock Origin, YouTube Sponsorblock (if you use YouTube), and FBCleaner (if you use Facebook).
uBlock Origin comes with a built-in list of filters to block ads and trackers, but you can add your own filters to block any specific element of a website you don't like. You know those goddamn floating frames on fandom.com sites that block half the screen? Now you can zap 'em.
Sponsorblock uses crowdsourced timestamps to automatically skip sponsor spots and self-promotion in YouTube videos. Never listen to anyone say "hit like and subscribe" or "Raid Shadow Legends" again.
FBCleaner hides all content from your feed except posts from people, groups, and pages you've actually chosen to follow.
Level 2: leaving enshittified services
The software that's become standard over the years in a lot of fields is steadily selling more of your data, showing you more ads, and pushing you to buy more expensive subscriptions. Time to tell them to get fucked.
Dump Adobe apps for Affinity or Krita. Drop Microsoft for LibreOffice. Change your default search engine from Google to DuckDuckGo or Qwant. Use OpenStreetMaps instead of Google or Apple Maps.
Level 3: network-level DNS fuckery
DNS, or Domain Name Service, is the thing that tells your computer where www.website.com is actually located. By hacking your network's DNS you can force it to tell your devices that ad-hosting domains don't exist at all. Some of the steps on this one can get pretty technical, but because you're doing all the difficult stuff on a dedicated device, you can't really fuck up anything that seriously.
Get yourself a Raspberry Pi (a cheap older one like a model 3B will work just fine for this purpose), and follow a guide like this one to get it set up running AdGuard Home. AdGuard, like uBlock, has built-in filter lists, but you can also add your own if there are specific domains you want to block.
Once it's up and running, you'll need to change the DNS settings on your router to point to your AdGuard service. This is different for every router but will always start with logging into the admin panel with a password printed on a little sticker somewhere on the router.
With that done, every time a device on your home network looks for ads.website.com, it'll get back a message that says "sorry, can't find it", so it won't be able to load any ads.
Level 4: Android-specific DNS fuckery
Because AdGuard runs on your home network, it can't block ads on your phone when you're away from home - and what's worse, your phone will sometimes remember the addresses it got when you were out and about, and ads will get past your AdGuard wall even when you're home.
To avoid this, get AdAway for DNS-based ad-blocking directly on your phone. The easy, but less seamless, way of using AdAway is the "local VPN mode", which doesn't require you to do any mucking about with your phone's operating system.
Level 5: automated media piracy
The best way to stop seeing ads on all your streaming services is to stop using streaming services. There are loads of ways to do this, but the best ones involve setting up what's called an "arr stack" (Google that for setup guides) along with nzbget and a usenet account. Most of the time you'll want to set this stuff up on a dedicated device - an old laptop gathering dust in the closet is a great option, or you can grab something used from a charity shop or a local electronics recycler.
The great thing about usenet is that unlike with torrents, you don't have to do any sharing from your computer, so you're in a lot less legal jeopardy - legally speaking, distributing pirated content is waaayyy more serious than accessing it. I pay about £3 a month for a secure, high-bandwidth usenet service.
Once you start getting your own collection of media on your own computer, use the open-source media library manager Jellyfin to browse and play things from basically any device.
Oh, and don't be a dick. Pirate all you want from big corporations, but please pay independent small-time creators for their work.
Level 6: fucking with Android
Android phones are a lot more locked-down than they used to be, but depending on the device you own you can still do a lot of messing around under the hood. Note that if you get something wrong while doing this, there is always the possibility that it will turn your device into a paperweight.
Before you buy a device, check where it sits on the Bootloader Unlock Wall of Shame. Once you've bought it, check the xda-developer forums for guides on how to unlock it and "root" it (gain admin access) with Magisk.
Once Magisk is installed, you can add modules to do all sorts of cool stuff, including using AdAway in "root mode" which makes it basically invisible.
You can also install YouTube ReVanced, which will do all the ad- and sponsor blocking stuff we took care of in your Windows browser a few paragraphs ago. Be careful: there are a lot of fake sites out there pretending they're associated with the ReVanced project which might be injecting malware into their downloads. This Reddit post has the official instructions and links.
Also, try out the modded version of Facebook from APKmoddone, which will block most of the same shit as the FBcleaner add-on from earlier. There's always a possibility that modified apps like this are doing something dodgy, but I've never had any issues with this one personally.
Level 7: fucking with Windows
This one is scary because it can seriously fuck up your shit if something goes wrong, but some really cool people have actually made it very simple to strip all the bloat, ads, and spyware out of Windows. The tool I use is ReviOS. Start reading at https://www.revi.cc/docs. Basically, you'll need to download a tool called AME Wizard and the ReviOS "playbook" that tells AME what to do. Read the documentation before you do any of this.
Level 8: switching to Linux
I'm not going to pretend this is an option for everyone. Half the software I use on a weekly basis isn't available on Linux. But if you can switch? Do it. These days, Ubuntu - one of the most popular flavours of Linux - is built with people switching from Windows in mind, and a lot of things will be pretty intuitive. It also has great documentation and a huge community you can go to for help if you're confused about stuff.
And that, friends, is a comprehensive approach to banishing the demons of capitalism from your home!
Pretty sure I reblogged this before to bookmark it, but what the hell. Still relevant.

Fascism thrives on ignorance and anti-intellectualism. Here are some ways you can combat it:
There is an ongoing literacy crisis. Teach kids how to read phonetically (other methods produce poor literacy) and introduce them to fun books, both fiction and educational non-fiction.
Teach kids about critical thinking and the scientific method.
You can also introduce kids to edutainment like Sesame Street, Reading Rainbow, The Magic Schoolbus, Bill Nye The Science Guy, Beakman's World, etc.
Help kids develop media literacy skills by asking them literary analysis questions about the media they engage with. Even very young children can begin learning literary analysis if the questions are phrased in words they can understand.
Learn and help other people learn information literacy, ie, how to locate and evaluate information.
Learn the red flags of pseudoscience, and educate other people about them.
Educate people and share media on real science and real history, because fascist narratives are full of pseudoscience and pseudohistory. (Miniminuteman, Gutsick Gibbon and Bart D. Ehrman's YouTube channel are great, by the way!)
Make learning a joyful experience, and show people the beauty and wonder of what's real. Being a discouraging killjoy will spoil your efforts.
Be a teachable individual YOU DO NOT know everything
Today I ask: Will I let my desire for validation turn me into a personification of fleeting trends, faceless and opinionless, or will I consciously choose authenticity, even at the cost of being unwanted by the majority, but true to those who can recognize substance?

Cute but overpriced skincare products, trendy supplements, and aesthetic workout gear won’t be the key to your glow up.
Taking retinol but not eating your vegetables will not make your skin age less
Hydration isn’t just about serums; it’s about drinking water
Collage production isn’t just about fancy creams, it’s about eating nutrient rich foods like leafy greens and berries
Glow doesn’t come from overpriced skincare, it comes from balanced meals, less sugar, and good sleep
Moving your body consistently, even if it’s walking is better than bying every workout set you’ve seen on instagram

Create beyond scars within.
People talk about discipline and how you need a rigid routine to get your life together, but discipline isn’t about rigid routines or chasing perfection—it’s about showing up for yourself with kindness.
Growth happens in the space between who you are and who you want to be, and if you don’t let yourself rest, celebrate small wins, or enjoy the present, you’ll burn out before you arrive.
Be gentle, take your time, and remember: life is still happening here and now.
