If mysterious soldier is back-
-I don't want to be a new soldier
-if mc is a new soldier literally how? Ain't no way they are dodging rocks
-at first I wondered if we'd wake up in Marley but that makes no sense even if Reiner kidnapped us. But also he has no reason to kidnap & wouldn't get past Zeke with that
-I DO NOT want a titan shifter mysterious soldier. But I don't think it is because that would drastically change the story too much
-How tf are we going to look at Eren? Bro read our WHOLE diary and probably shared some of it 😭
-is the same relationship story going to come back just with like 10 more levels? I'd like more cutscenes, the friendship cutscenes were so silly. Being friendly with the Marleyans as mysterious soldier would be weird, so I hope if they have friendship for them, it starts off as hostile.
-From how angry mysterious soldier was at Reiner and Bert, I wonder if they would be a Yeagerist. Maybe like a choose your own adventure on whose side you are on. If not, I hope we get a fight against the 104th squad as Yeagerists; like how character episode mode had the traitors' battles.
-I liked the side missions of aot2, but a lot of them were dlc, weren't they? Albeit quite a cheap pack compared to the costumes and what was added. There's no price stated anywhere yet but if we have to pay 70+ usd I don't really want to spend any amount on dlc, especially for something vital to relationship gaining and resource gathering.
-...speaking of the costumes... if I bought the aot1 costumes, got aot2 costumes, i don't want to buy them again for aot3 cough cough all the seasonal ones they reused. I hope they have new costumes for old characters, not just the new ones. They didn't look like new models for a lot of the characters, but idk. All the boys got taller post timeskip, right? I don't love the idea of timeskip exclusive costumes either if they only release one costume for some characters. Like Jean, Reiner and Bert only had 1 costumes in aot2 I believe.
-Brave Order and Tactics had a lot of character alts, I wouldn't mind them taking costumes from those games since they were only art and chibi models. Like the valentines Mika, Sasha, Annie were so cute! And Levi and Eren in a swim suit 😛. And cat Levi 😏.
-I loved the character to character relationship growth in aot1. It was fine in aot2 but it was territory recovery exclusive. I don't really have a preference on which games relationship system they take for the non mysterious soldier characters but I would love to see it return. I loved seeing characters that don't interact in the manga interact like Annie Petra, or Kenny Erwin for example.
-i am completely okay if they reuse old swords and anti-personnel gear. I do hope there is some more added.
-I liked aot2's online mode. It could use some updated UI for sure though. I want more profile pictures for sure, like some of the characters. Maybe tie some to character level as a reward, and character titles for doing xyz with character. I want people to know i sunk 100 hours into Kenny and Eren when I play online.
-I feel like ridiculous amounts of grinding for mats and levels is a core of AoT games atp, even the mobile games. Idk about the 3ds game though
-I didn't like early unlock options. 50 wings of freedom is not hard to get, so making rare materials unlockable at that price was an odd choice in my opinion. If mats are going to be story locked, then lock those territory recovery missions that give those mats until chapter xyz.
-i really need all the clunky kill animations and weird entity bumping interactions to be smoothed out if they reuse kills. But I already saw knew kill animation and combo attacks in the trailer so I have hope 🤞
Final note, let me make out with Eren if I max his relationship level
