Sakura deciding to find a way back to the real world after witnessing Chara/Sasuke flirting with other girls is weak writing to me.
There’s nothing wrong with a girl being unhappy to find out that her crush doesn’t really care about her like he has conveyed with his romantic words and actions, which he repeats with another girl.
But the movie has her do the right thing only because nothing is going her way. It just makes Sakura’s later words about the weight of sacrifices performative when she doesn’t sacrifice anything of value to her and instead, regains what she has cast away.
The moral of Sakura’s story was “Be careful what you wish for.”, and Naruto’s was…

But seriously, he had to remember who his real parents were and what they have sacrificed their lives for. They would have never allowed themselves to be happy at the cost of others and would have given their all for the greater good.
It’s okay that both had different journeys, but again, nothing kept Sakura emotionally bound to the alternate reality anymore, unlike Naruto. Her words should have been said by him, or at least, she should have had the character development befitting of them.
