Samantha Ward, who is one of the makeup artists on the Mandalorian, has said “the creatives did not want to see typical burn scars and kept focusing on an 'acid burned bleached' quality to the skin, because of the Sarlacc’s digestive acids." This was from a small promo she did with the Boba Fett fan club to celebrate the “Best Special Make-Up Effects” nomination that the show got for it.  Those are her words. “Acid burned bleached.” Literally “bleached.” So yeah, the whitewashing of the Fett family/clones even extends into live action.

If you actually watch the show, he's only that pale&scarred durring flashbacks. In the "present time" scenes, his skin is more "healed", and his colour is back to normal with less scaring.

Sigh. Okay dude. So theres a perfectly sound, in-universe reason for that choice (dude got dunked in acid) and it's still racist, okay then. Yes, you're right I'm weird! I'm okay with that, though :) You run the risk of running into alllll kinds of people when you post stuff online.
