personally I am fed up of cis people that say trans people are beautiful, we already know, we tell this to each other all the time but when cis people are saying it to us all the time it just comes off as patronising and a little degrading plus then, on a personal level, i have to ask is this person fetishizing me.
Instead why dont you say that an individual looks good, that they are beautiful because they are who they are and not because they are trans? we are more than the word that we use to describe ourselves and our gender expression and i just needed to get this out.
