Hey by the way who wants to go tell those Alberta politicians that banning giving puberty blockers to kids specifically stops them from being used for all their many other uses, like:
Cancer treatment (especially breast and prostate cancer)
Endometriosis
Polycistic ovaries
Precocious puberty, which can happen in kids as young as 6
They’ve been in use since the 1980s and are some of the safest medications out there, so long as they’re taken properly and are actually specifically super important for kids to be able to take, although they’re still useful for adults
But ooooh the scary media will trans your kid’s gender, let’s not do any actual research on how incredibly safe and common these drugs aaaare
