"Mass migration" is what saved the Jews who fled from the Holocaust and the pogroms and expulsions from MENA countries, and restrictions on Jewish immigration is what doomed many others.

4. לפי כל הפרסומים מדובר ב15 מבנים, לא 30 (לא שזה הופך את זה לפחות נורא, פשוט למה לא לדייק בעובדות?). זה ממש כתוב בכתבה דרך אגב, כמעט בכל אחת מה50 שפורסמו.

5. לא הבנתי את המרכאות ב"מתנחלות", זו בהגדרה התנחלות.

6. אני לא מעריצה של whataboutism אבל הפוסט שלך דורש את זה - כמעט כל יום מחבלים יהודיים מציתים חוות של פלסטינים בלי שאף אחד מדווח על זה ולא ראיתי פוסט כועס על זה מכיוונך?

The only thing that will happen is that more innocents will die and Israel will be incentivised to more aggressively eliminate threats. The iron dome is what allows it to have MORE restraint.

Israel is not being treated like other countries, and not being held to a standard set for other nations, including for the United States itself. instead, it's being held to a much higher, much more exacting and demanding one, and the threats against it are minimized or legitimized as Israel itself becomes seen as a global pariah.

I don't absolve or excuse Netanyahu and his right wing government for their actions and contributions to that, but the problem is...even if he were a dovish prime minister, in the aftermath of 10/7, I believe what we've seen happen in the world would still be the response, no matter what Israel did. we saw this in the reactions beginning on 10/8. because it's not about Bibi, it's far more existential than that. if it weren't, these politicians would support defense apparatus (the Iron Dome isn't even a weapon, it's a shield. it just stops more civilians from being killed), and they wouldn't align themselves with virulent antisemites or support an isolationist's bill that would even negatively impact aid for the people they pretend to care about. the dignity and safety of Palestinians is not their driving motivation.

But don't worry! Because they'll tell you they were only protesting there because an IDF War Criminal (a.k.a. a completely normal former IDF soldier who they made up horrible shit up about) was invited to a talk at the community center. The talk that, by the way, took place 3 hours after school ended and parents arrived to pick up their terrified kids, which is when they decided to protest!

Jewish children who every single day have to pass through intense security, and get to play outside surrounded by a tall, concrete spiked wall, cameras, security personell and frequently also police cars.

This happens to be the location of Stockholm's only kosher store, the Jewish library, and the home of the orthodox and reform congregations.

Not to be outdone, they were also taking pictures of anyone seen entering the community center, and trying to identify them in their psycho groupchats to target them for harassment. Again, regardless of whether they were going to the talk, or going grocery-shopping, going to the library, or whatever. Just anyone participating in Jewish life in Stockholm.

And! When someone in the government (i.m.o. correctly) called these people "animals" for this disgusting behaviour, the leader of Sweden's biggest party decided that this was the Problematic thing that had to be called out and debated on national television; the only antisemitic thing that actually happened here was someone calling the protestors "animals" for targeting Jewish children, because the protestors also happened to be be jewish (secular antizionist jews who never partake in any aspect of public jewish life, and therefore never have to worry about this shit in the first place).
