The evidence that has been presented against him is plainly contradictory and he was presumed and presented as guilty in a media circus from day one. This case is not an actual trial it's a threat against anyone who would harm the elite.

There's no implication here, we know they wouldn't, because when nothing forced them to, they didn't. We call that slavery and we had to have a fucking civil war to change that. Even after that they still tried, with company towns and scrip. Even with those things basically outlawed, wage theft is still by an overwhelming margin, the most common crime in the US. And unpaid internships are incredibly common. The greedy are always at the top on capitalism and they are absolutely chomping at the bit to force their employees to work for free.
