the new inhaler my dad got me I genuinely can't use because of my hand issues this seems like such an obvious solution I legit want to know what's keeping us from it (my dad can use the new inhaler so it's not going to waste I promise lol)

Back in March my geneticist told me her patients who struggle with POTS benefit from drinking an ice cold beverage in the morning. Her theory is that we have a ton of blood pooling in our gut at night, and that the cold water helps our blood vessels constrict and pushes the blood to other parts of the body (like your brain!)

She also recommended I try a hydration multiplier like Liquid IV or Drip Drop. So, I combined BOTH of those recommendations and created a little POTSIE hack 😉

Every night I fill up a Yeti thermos with ice, along with a packet of Drip Drop (and a spoon for mixing,) and in the morning before I even get out of bed I am able mix the Drip Drop into the ice cold water and start drinking it down. 💦

If I were to make some spoonie life merch on somewhere like Redbubble with a percentage of profits going to charity for EDS research or connective tissue disorders would people be interested in it?

Want to get opinions before I take this any further.
