My theory on french knots, and why almost every embroiderer I know has trouble with them for ages, until one day they just click and are suddenly easy:
French knots aren't actually difficult. They just require either a third hand or a little bit of telekinesis. What's difficult is figuring out how to compensate for not having three hands/telekinesis. Once you have that down, the knots themselves are a breeze.
And those rare people who never had trouble doing a french knot? They do have telekinesis. They just either don't know it themselves or they don't want to tell other people.

Telekinesis
So I started listening to a telekinesis subliminal two day ago and day one i started practicing with a foil paper and I was doing it with air force and yesterday i could do it with no air! That alot of progress and I am so amazed and today I am practicing with direction (left and right) i swear it's so cool! Tiktok videos is what motivated me to practice and it works wonders!😭🩷
