Day one of project lose it.
My biggest struggle
More than the stress cooking and eating my feelings; the biggest struggle I have with weight lose. Is routine, whether I am doing this the healthy way or the fad diet way, routines kick my butt. Like I can be in the flow working out 3-4 times of week, eating right and feeling good. Then I would hit a bump whether I panic because things are going right then binge and purge, or it is something out of my control. Once my pattern is broken I have such a hard time getting back to it. Two weeks ago I was sick for a week, I haven't been back to the gym since. I have gained weight, and nervous eating is back. A nonscale victory this week would be to honestly work out twice.
