in bed with the windows open while rain falls is the nicest feeling

Getting my 3.5 year old through giving up his dummy was by far one of the hardest things I've ever had to do, it was emotionally, physically and mentally draining for both of us and although there were moments of fustration there were also many moments of love. It broke my heart watching my little man struggle to give up something he had had since birth and had never spent a night without but im proud he made it out the otherside. My little champion 😍

5 weeks Postpartum

Ok so Thursday I'm officially 6 weeks postpartum which means I can start trying to get my body back. Through my pregnancy I gained 14kgs. Ive lost 8kgs so far but its time to get cracking as I can now officially start exercising. It also means its goal setting time 😊
