I’m currently trying to receive new therapy services, and the process has been a major stressor for me. *sigh* I’d think most who struggle with their mental health find it difficult to advocate for themselves. I very much do, but maybe it’s because I’m a true introvert at my core. I’m honestly doing my best to reach out, but the process seems to be moving like molasses. What’s worse is having to deal with very heavy things happening, right now, in my life. I just need to focus on doing my best, and let God do the rest.

I’m quick to pray for others, but too many times I forget to praying for myself. 😢 I am really in need of professional support. Honestly though, God is the ultimate professional expert of everything on this earth. One of His most known titles is Counselor. I should be always turning to Him for help and support. Why do I often forget that truth? It’s because I’m an imperfect human, who thinks I can solve my own problems. 😞 I’m so silly to always fall for that trap. I’m nothing without God; I won’t even exists without Him.
