#need support

im so mad, like what level am i?? on facebook i asked my local group for recommendations for residential programs and they asked me for my support needs and they all resonate with level 2.5/3 and/or MSN-HSN when my district person thinks im level 1 let alone not autistic at all (BRUH) pmo..

so they recommended me all places for severe or profound because those are the only places that fit my support needs but you need to be diagnosed level 2/level 3 and be recognized as complex (when talking to my sister last night i was explaining how the out of district person doesnt think im complex my sis said " you are complex" and i think im not really so then i ask "do you know any complex need people??" and she replys "yeah. i live with one" 😭

im soooo freaking confused 🫤

SO like im angry because a bunch of residential places only accept level 3 autism with the supports i need:

(• Use of AAC when needed

• Regular check-ins throughout the day

• De-escalation before any form of ||restraint||

• Access to a quiet room or low-stimulation space

• Access to headphones and fidgets

• Help with grounding during overwhelm

• Reassurance after negative or stressful situations

• Structured daily routine

• Help with tasks (ADLs and iADLs)

• Safe, supportive social interaction

• Access to comfort items (blankets, stuffies, fidgets, sensory sock)

• Access to outdoor time and activities

• Space and time for creativity)

and on my chart im not labled as level 3 let alone level 2 but personally i see myself as level 2, so does my grandma, sister, [ex], and my friends, but im labeled as level 1 but MSN so in ones that would be great for me i probably wouldnt be accepted since its either "level 1" or "level 3" theres no in between because they either support low needs or high needs but i really like the [placement near me] center because they support PHYSICAL disabilities and autism all levels and good non ||abusive|| school overall, a bunch of others were reviewed as ||abusive|| so it came down to:

1. [placement] center

2. [placement] school

3. [placement] School

4. [placement] for Human Services

which is all in [state next to me 1hr to 1½ hr away because the ones in my state are ||abusive||/bad reviews, or wouldnt accept me since its complex special needs ;-;

so at this point im confused, T tell me not to mention i want autism placement but placement for MSN-HSN.

UGH. i just want support rn but can't go to AL :(
