Deeper and deeper into our hearts through feeling , presence with our inner and outer worlds , through congruence with honouring our inner worlds desires outwardly through meditation and reducing stress , through constantly make choices that are in alignment with self love like listening to music or asking yourself what you need to feel better in any given situation
You are never enough
You never lost your value to this universe to the earth or to me
I love you ,
Mother Earth loves you ,
This universe loves you
You don’t have to love yourself
Because we still and always will
You are enough
You can tell yourself slowly positive things and build on that
You don’t have to lie to yourself we alll have parts of us who maybe are self hating or ashamed or feel not good enough be honest about where you are and if you don’t feel enough , I love you and respect you where you are

why we feel depressed and anxious all the time
Maybe the reason why human beings are going through this paradigm shift in which we are becoming more and more consciously aware, is because now we have the time to do so. We’re entering the age of Aquarius, which entails for humanity to reflect upon ourselves on a mental and universal perspective. This could be, because human beings are endlessly working towards making life more and more convenient. Less time needed. Service delivery. With all these aspects we are no longer required to physically leave our homes anymore, work can be done on computers. This means that we finally have the time to reflect and be with ourselves more, whereas our parents and grandparents were out hustling and using their physical labour to ensure a financial stable life for the family. We are now capable of experiencing our true inner self. Our spirit. But with that comes many drawbacks and confusion, because humanity has only continuously worked physically, and now we no longer are required to. It’s like taking a fish out of a pond and trying to teach it how to fly. We have this engrained in our DNA, we are so easily conditioned to one form. That now we experience all these things such as ‘depression’, ‘anxiety’ and ‘stress’. Because humanity at a whole has never experienced these feelings before, nor truly understand what they mean.
Went out last night. It’s 6pm and I’m just waking up. I feel like shiiiiiit. I’m about to retire from this life lol. My knees ache. Hang my jersey in the rafters.
