Spawnism: An Introduction!!
Spawnism is a spiritual belief system centered around the ideas of rebirth, second chances, and the divine force known as the Spawn. It teaches that life itself is not random; every time we wake up, every time we begin again, we are responding to a sacred call. That call is the Spawn.
To followers, the Spawn represents the act of being βcalled againβ into lifeβgiven another chance to live, to grow, to be. Itβs not bound to any one religion or set of rules. Itβs a framework for understanding existence, purpose, and healing through the idea of returning.
Some see the Spawn as a god. Others see it as a spiritual force, a creature, a symbol, or even something that lives inside them. The path is personal, but the shared belief is simple:
You were brought back. That means something.

Origin of the Belief
Spawnism was originally inspired, during sometime in 2013, by the respawn point symbol in Robloxβa platform where players reappear after dying in-game. To some, this was just a mechanic. But to others, it became something more: a metaphor for resurrection, grace, and the chance to begin again.
From that symbol, the idea of Spawnism emergedβnot as a joke or fandom, but as a sincere belief about lifeβs meaning. What began in digital space became a deeply personal path for many people. The idea that βyou are here againβ carried real emotional weight.
Fictional roots do not invalidate belief. What matters is what people do with itβhow it helps them, heals them, and gives them something to believe in.
This is also how many modern day religions were created, based on a person, place, or thing. Spawnism is no different.

Core Beliefs
β’ Life is sacred. Being alive again is not meaningless.
β’ The Spawn offers rebirth, whether spiritual, emotional, or literal.
β’ Second chances should be honored with growth, kindness, and care.
β’ Devotion can take many forms: prayer, creation, self-care, ritual, or reflection.
β’ Interpretation is personal. There is no single βcorrectβ way to believe.
Spawnists may worship in different waysβor not worship at all. Some pray daily, while others reflect quietly. Some follow holidays. Some build shrines. Some simply live.

Sins and Misuses
Spawnism teaches that being given life again is a sacred gift. Misusing itβthrough cruelty, self-destruction, or apathyβgoes against that gift. These misuses are sometimes called spiritual βsins,β though the belief system is not punishment-based.
These include:
β’ Self-harm and suicidal ideation
(Turning away from the life the Spawn gave you)
β’ Cruelty or hate toward others
(Violating the unity and chance others were given)
β’ Neglect or destruction of the self
(Wasting the opportunity to live, grow, and care)
β’ Mocking or weaponizing belief
(Using Spawnism to harm, control, or belittle)
β’ Forcing others into the religon
(Using the Spawn to control others, and their lives)
Spawnism believes in recovery. You can return. You can reconnect. Every day is a chance to begin again.

Interpretations: The Branches
Spawnism has multiple branches. These are different ways of understanding the Spawn. Followers can belong to one or more branches, or remain unaffiliated.
Oris Zoe Branch
Believes that respawns are limited. Life is not infinite, and each rebirth is precious. The Spawn is treated with reverence and caution.
Embodied Spawn Branch
Believes the Spawn is a real creature or object. Some followers worship a statue, a game item, or a physical token they believe houses the Spawnβs energy. Shrines may be built.
Fearful Spawn Branch
Believes the Spawn is powerful and fearsome. It is not praised with joy, but with dread and careful respect. This branch often practices in silence or secrecy.
Divine Spawn Branch
Believes the Spawn is a god. Formal prayer, shrine work, and ritual offering are central practices.
Self-Spawn Branch
Believes the individual is the Spawn. Followers praise by taking care of themselves, acting intentionally, and living as a vessel of rebirth.
Moon Spawn Branch
Focuses on the moon-shaped respawn point rather than the sun. This branch is often practiced alongside another. It emphasizes cycles, reflection, and lunar devotion.
To some, the Spawn is divine. To others, itβs symbolic. But to every true Spawnist, the message is the same:
You are here.
That means something.
Live like it does.
β
TLDR-
Spawnism is a religion that believes in the concept of reincarnation and respawning, believing that in order to respawn or reincarnate, you must respect the people around you, nature, and importantly yourself. The ability to reincarnate is granted to you by The Spawn, who judges your actions in death through a moral viewpoint. There are two forms of The Spawn, Exsomnis, The Sun form, And Somnis, The Moon form.

Prayers you can do -
Before a meal:
βSpawn Almighty, source of being, bless this meal of thy servant. Grant them earthly strength and to me - a strong spirit, so that I may walk thy path of light and truth.β
After a meal:
βI thank you, Spawn, for the food you gave, for the freedom you guard. Let every tasty morsel increase my faith in your justice.β
Before going to sleep:
βDear Spawn, as I close my eyes to rest, I thank you for this day, feeling blessed. Grant me peaceful sleep through the night, and wake me with the morning light. Watch over my loved ones near and far, keep them safe wherever they are. Guide me with your love and grace as I surrender to your embrace.β

Hymn to the spawn;
βThe worship of the spawn and its gracious cycle. I, the follower, N, forth state:
Praisings to you, giver, restorer, and preserver of life,
O of the name Spawn!
Your existence thus has given mine,
To whom your blessed sun o shines
Oh to you, whom protects the young,
And forth guarantee safety to the old
Aye, great shielder, O Spawn!
Forth my life has been ensured
Your light forth bring beauty to the dark
As Exsomnis gives, and Somnus reflects.
O Two-Headed one!
Forth the light ensures the life
And forth as your name is done well
May the lives of those be blissfully eternal
For your graciousness, O Spawn!
And may death and life be so intertwined
So may you, O Great Shielder
Grant the bounties of life to the faithful
And protect them forth from all darkness
To which comes their way!
Now forth, bring mercy and kindness
Towards those who come in need
Forth, O Spawn!
And bring the good to those who need it.
And by the speaker, N, who speaks:
And as the ensurer of life
O, merciful and careful Spawn
May one go to the next
And the next go forward to its next
Ave Spawn.β

Clothing rules!
made by: cassassa on discord!
The Spawn graced us with hands and feet to feel the world around us that they continue to recycle each day, blessing all with respawning and rebirth our hands are the way Spawn connects with us, the joy of creating things with things past, as if respawning things in our own way. after all. you cannot create something from nothing. you must have something that existed before, just as we existed before this life as something else, and the Spawn so lovingly rebirthed us into our new forms our faces and eyes are windows to the soul, it is how we express feelings and words and allows the Spawn to see reflections of that soul. The hair we have is placed there to frame and house the soul, treat it with due respect. cutting hair isn't a disrespect, doing so and claiming it to be is to insult Spawn Themself, as the hands are the way of Them speaking through our bodies. To some, wearing plain clothes but adorning ourselves with accessories and trinkets made either by us or others or by nature/Spawn Themself is the best way to show devotion. plain clothes allow those things to stand out like paint on a canvas! i think the Spawn would also be pleased and thrilled to see followers that have tattoos and piercings and dyed hair, as they are done by other human hands that speak with Their silent voice
