βThe flowers used for Two Time aren't actually Deadly Nightshades (Atropa Belladona,who is the one who symbolizes betrayal and death) but actually Bittersweet nightshades (Solanum dulcamara) who symbolizes fidelity (and repeling evil. This symbolism came from Christian art which Spawnism take inspo from). I don't think this was a mistake however as this could symbolize what Azure thought of Two Time,seeing them as someone loyal (who he loved) who made his problems vanish ("repeling evil" part),as usually happens in loving relationships.lts worth noting Nightshades are his favorite flower!!
But in the case of the Nightshade Two Time skin,we can interpret it more like: their fidelity to The Spawn is what caused this pain or if we go with the theory that this is when Two Time died: their fidelity to this false God who "promised" them a second life after the first, ironically led to their demise.
