I figure that hardlining is the equivalent of making out sloppy. It’s not like, a horrible thing to do in public, and it’s perfectly justifiable if you’re resolving an emergency, but you don’t just go up to a stranger and mack on them for no reason.

You mentioned writing a fic, is that still happening?

Still happening as in still in my docs? Yea. Still happening as in I’m actively writing it with a plan? … no…

There’s just a lot of stuff in it. I’ve been idly writing scenes as they come to me but I need to make an outline so I can narrow down what I actually need to write (mostly exposition, sadly). So yeah. It’s there, I work on it sometimes when I feel like it, but I have a bad habit of abandoning things as soon as I post them. Plus the first chapter isn’t even fully fleshed out so I don’t have anything I could post chronologically.

Sadly I don’t have much trad art of Jazz and Prowl specifically, but I did start designing a little Bebop figure a while back so you get my notes and drawings of that. I added a couple oc doodles at the end too because that’s probably what you actually meant

Plus the first JP fanart I did. It looks goofy but that was before my first enlightenment on the mysteries of digital art

The reason why the internals might look a bit odd is because I was (am? Idk, I sorta got sidetracked with other projects) working with legos as the joints because I am a cheap bastard at heart.

Okay I'm finished outlining Act 2. It'll have 10 proper chapters + Epilogue and Prologue. Much like Act 1 it'll most likely stretch into closer to 15 but we'll see. Lengthwise I think it'll be similar (80-100k).

I'm also still on the fence on whether I wanna pre write a few chapters before posting... I would like to have a consistent schedule but I fear a self imposed time limit will only stress me out. hm. My outline is detailed enough that I'm not too worried about borking continuity or creating accidental plot holes. and I haaate sitting on a ready chapter. ehhh. the prologue at least I'll post whenever I'm finished with it since it's pretty short.

maybe I'll make a poll later to ask what folks would prefer. as for now, you can expect the prologue to act 2 sometimes Soonish. assuming I don't get hit by another sickness lol
