We don’t beast, smash or try to break you. We meet you at your level and ability. We want to help educate, develop, teach you to move better and become fitter. Today we had some iso holds work with the clients as part as of their pt programs. These are a great way to challenge you a little different due to time under tension, often they feel the muscle a little more. And the best part is they could be built into a warm up, part of the program or even as an end of workout finisher.
