Iām not sure how to start this, but last night I was basically doing a meditation to accept I am pure awareness so I can relax into the void or however one would word it.
I literally let go of the outcome and after a while I got super sleepy. I entered the hypnagogic state (aka sats) and I was too tired so I said a couple of affirmations like āI have all the books in my wish list, I have yummy food and I always wake up in the void at nightā then hit the snooze button.
I wake up see a big stack of books in my room and Iām like⦠did my sister leave it here? Because she often puts her books on my shelf. Then an hour later a get some yummy food! I know the 3rd one is already true because we are all naturally the void. Anyway, I didnāt even realise I succeeded until 4 hours after waking up!! š
These books were definitely on my wish list but I have another I want to manifest too!
PS: ignore my cat, she wanted to be in the picture š

ā I WENT TO THE VOID STATE ON MY FIRST TRY
I know that this is almost common knowledge in the LOA community, however itās what most people struggle to accept! Itās something that I have to keep recalling when Iām having negative thoughts and doubts. Manifestation is immediate and timeless, youāre always manifesting through your assumptions, be it about yourself, about others, about how much you have in your bank account, how youāre perceived. And the best thing is⦠you decide all of those things! I know sometimes itās hard to maintain this specific state of mind, weāre human after all, of course sometimes weāre going to doubt the law or think negatively. But thatās what it is, a law. That said, the 3D has to conform, and you also get to decide when.
You canāt mess up your manifestation, if you decide you have it then you do!
āOh but I donāt see it in the 3Dā then affirm you do nonetheless!
āItās taking too longā affirm that you manifest super quickly!
āWhere are my results?ā why are you looking for them when you decided you have it?
Just keep in mind that if you decide that you have it, itās already yours. Keep reminding yourself of all the amazing things that youāve already manifested and keep going. Itās okay to have doubts or let your feelings of lack take over, as long as you get back on track naturally, because you know that your desire is already in your reality, you decided it⦠then it is!
You are the creator in your reality, no one gets to decide anything if not you. The āhowā or āwhenā doesnāt matter, if you decide it, then itās yours. Keep affirming and in no time youāll see everything materialize right before your eyes!!
over time i've noticed that all methods work me because they just do (and it's an assumption of mine) but i do NOT enjoy all of them equally lmao so here it is.
ā robotic affirming ; ā¾ļø/10
hell yeah. i will never not be a fan of robotic affirming, because it just always works so well. it has never failed me! no further explanation needed.
ā scripting ; 100/10
another hell yeah from me. i've been scripting ever since before i even knew what manifestation/loa was so this is kinda my OG method. has also never let me down! the only thing i don't like about scripting is that it makes my hand hurt lol
ā visualisation ; 2/10
well... as someone with aphantasia visualisation really sucks! i can do it to some extent but it takes wayyy too much effort when i can get the same results with another technique. i only do this for really specific things like appearance changes or objects i want to receive, but i can NOT do it for situations.
ā vision boarding ; 7/10
now, i do like vision boarding but it's not really my go to method because i dunno... i just don't enjoy staring at & idealising pictures of people that aren't me LMAO. so yea it's just a personal preference. i prefer my vision boards to have text only images, and that is kinda like robotic affirming/scripting again so yea.
ā SATS ; 111/10
as i've already established, i'm not a visual person so i don't do traditional SATS, i use affirmations instead of visualising a scene. and i really do enjoy doing SATS this way, it's very comforting.
ā placebos ; 10/10
i really just do this for the shits and giggles, because it's so funny to just be like "my ass gets bigger every time i use body lotion after showering" or "this magic hair brush makes my hair more beautiful every time i comb it". i lowkey need to start being more consistent with this
ā subliminals ; 10/10
i just love listening to subliminals while doing university work or while taking naps... they're also what really made me discover manifestation & loa
ā affirmation tapes ; 1000/10
another favourite of mine!!! affirmation tapes are so fucking amazing, do i need to say more? i love listening to them while using public transport or also during naps
feel free to reblog this and rate whatever methods you use too, i'm curioussss š
Shifting is like floating on water. If you pressure yourself thinking āI must floatā, you tense up and you sink. If you relax, let go, and trust; you start floating effortlessly.
Iāve been applying a new way of thinking about shifting the past few days. Mainly, Iāve stopped thinking about shifting as a trip (as ātraveling a distanceā) and started thinking about it more in terms of tuning in. This way, instead of forcing myself to feel a movement or a āshiftā every time I attempt, Iām measuring my success in terms of calibration. This helps me drop the pressure for immediate results and consequently distinguish between two types of experiences intuitively; my DR and my CR.
When my CR appears in my thoughts, I donāt jump to conclusions thinking Iām failing, or Iām still here. Instead I just think āIām tuned to a specific channel, and Iām calibrating to tune to another.ā This way I relax and I allow my DR to come into my focus.
ĖĖā¹ ź£ą§ā Theoretical Back Up
Preamble:
If youāre anything like me, being told what to do isnāt enoughāyou want to get into the core of it. If your mind works anything like mine, youāre gonna ask a lot of questions and youāre always gonna find something to complain about (or a way to āsabotageā the method). This isnāt necessarily bad; itās the aspect of a scientific mind.
When practicing Reality Shifting, itās often advised to suspend disbelief in order to achieve a state of relaxation and autosuggestion. But if youāre anything like me, again, this method might be impossible for you. Because youāre probably more resistant to autosuggestion and self-induction than other people. My purpose is to find a methodology for minds like mine to achieve Shifting. In order for that, Iām gonna try to back up every one of my posts with theory and analysis. Think of this as a way to demonstrate to youāand myselfāthat shifting isnāt āwish makingā or āfantasizingā; but an actual, meaningful practice.
The theory:
The āTuning Methodā is consistent with various theories in the science of consciousness but particularly with William Jamesā theory of the ābrain as a transmitterā. This is a very old theory of consciousness (James envisioned it in 1898) but it influenced the study of consciousness and is the foundation to Neutral Monism, an analytical philosophy that supports something like āexperienceā being the fundamental substance of reality (opposed to purely matter, which is the vision of materialism and physicalism and other theories that would restrict something like shifting being possible).
In his conference titled Human Immortality: Two Supposed Objections, he elaborated an argument against the materialist assumption that āif the brain produces consciousness, when the brain dies, consciousness disappearsā: that the brain is not the creator of consciousness but a ātransmitterā of it, working as a filter. He used two analogies:
⦠̣̣ Ū ļøµ The lens or glass: The brain is like a colored glass that allows part of the sunlight to pass through it. If the glass breaks, the light does not disappear; it is simply no longer restricted or "filtered" by that particular shape.
⦠̣̣ Ū ļøµ The valve: The brain acts as a valve that reduces "cosmic consciousness" to a limited range, useful for biological survival.
But donāt make the mistake of thinking that James was proposing that the brain (matter) and consciousness are two different things. What he proposes is that thereās only āinformationā (pure experience) and the brain is āorganized informationā, not a material substance.
James didnāt come up with these on the spot. He was a philosopher, a psychologist and a scientist; he spent a lifetime tracking the logical flaws within materialism and the clues he found led him to this hypothesis. His thought was largely debated by philosopher Bertrand Russell years later, only for Russell to change his mind in later life and adopt Jamesā theory. The idea that the brain is a transmitter and not a generator is the most parsimonious one given the evidence.
And hereās the thing; if James was rightāif the brain is a filterer of reality instead of a generator of consciousness; then āinformationā about any given reality is already out there, and the brain simply ātunesā into a specific set of it. Each reality contains a set of information that the brain is capable of āfilteringā in or out. (Iām using this language to make it easier to imagine, but in Jamesā view there is no material ābrainā filtering anything out; itās just experience organizing itself).
When youāre trying to reach your DR by traveling there, youāre monitoring the experience. Neurology says: youāre engaging your frontal cortex, which is the opposite of a relaxed state. James would say that engaging your frontal cortex is just consciousness organizing information in a way that produces a specific set of causalities. What follows is that by learning to ātune inā youāre learning to organize information to produce the experience that you want (your DR).
In simpler words:
1. Youāre pure consciousness, but you donāt know.
2. You pressure yourself to reach your DR.
3. You tune into the experience (organized information) of ābrain engaging frontal cortexā ā tension ā no DR.
If you try ātuning inā instead:
1. Youāre pure consciousness, and now you know.
2. You relax.
3. You reach a state of disengaged observation rather than pressure ā you calibrate to your DR ā you shift.
So here it is. I hope the idea clears some doubts and helps others understand the logics of what Iām implying. Iām currently experimenting, but so far Iāve gotten the most results with this approach. Iāve managed to relax more, have a better mindset, and experience more certainty.
Iāve had two dreams related to my s/o already and entered a state of calibration where I reminisced my DR memories. I felt the weight and extension of that reality too. And Iām overall more connected to it.

How I entered into the void state 4+ times a night and did everything wrong..
(I'm using a translator and this is my first post)
Hi everyone! I want to share my story and my unique experience with practicing the Void State, which Iāve been focusing on for the past 2 months (prior to this, I had been into shifting and manifestation since December 2022). Iāve found my personal keys to this state, but the other night I stumbled into a very interesting mind trap. I want to break down my experience chronologically.
**Part 1: My Base and Terminology**
During my practices, Iāve unlocked the ability to easily manage borderline sleep states. I have my own system:
1. **The 46 Method:** I count to 4 on the inhale while visualizing a single number from 100 down to 0 in my mind, and count to 6 on the exhale. This perfectly puts the body to sleep while keeping consciousness awake. You can use this ingenious method to enter hypnagogy. It's really very easy.
2. **SF (Spontaneous Phase) and Micro-awakenings:** Iāve learned to become aware of myself during brief awakenings throughout the night. My brain has literally developed a habit of waking my consciousness up right when my body is at its maximum relaxation.
3. **Somatic Hypnagogia:** My hypnagogia is primarily somatic (physical). I can clearly feel my limbs shutting down (first fingers, then legs), and a spinning sensation begins. At the same time, I retain the ability to move (I can even scratch an itch), but the body immediately "disappears" again.
Part 2: That Very Night
Recently, I went to bed at 3:00 AM. My goal was to do SATS: enter hypnagogia, say my affirmations, and fall asleep with the assumption that I would wake up in the Void. I turned on audio with white noise and a bell ringing every 1.5 seconds.
Here is what happened next:
* I started the 4-6 method, reached a certain count, my body relaxed deeply, and I entered hypnagogia.
* Then cycles of micro-awakenings began. I kept falling asleep and waking up inside the dream about 5-6 times. Each time I became aware, I repeated my affirmations automatically.
At some point, I COMPLETELY stopped hearing the audio and the bells. Absolute darkness and silence set in. There was no body, no external sounds.
* But instead of just BEING there, my mind fixated on the instructions. I thought: āI need to be in hypnagogia and affirm so that I fall asleep properly.ā I was convinced that since I didn't feel a sense of triumph, it meant I wasn't in the Void yet, and I needed to keep doing the method.
* Because of this thought, I instantly manifested my return from the Void back into hypnagogia and dreams. This repeated at least 3-4 times within an hour until the audio ended.
* In the end, a harsh trigger of the Spontaneous Phase occurred: I felt an incredible heaviness in my body (catalepsy) and severe dry mouth when I tried to move. The body was deeply asleep, but the mind was awake.
Conclusion and Insight:
I realized that I WAS in the Void. Several times that night. But I didn't recognize it in the moment because I was trying to do the practice "perfectly." My belief that *āI need to loop affirmations in hypnagogia a bit longer for it to workā* played a trick on me: the Void, being a space of instant manifestation, simply executed my subconscious command to "return to hypnagogia and continue the method."
My main takeaway: 3D completely yields to 4D. Next time the bells disappear and only the darkness of my thoughts remains, I won't force anything. I will simply let go of control because I am already there.
So if anyone's here after reading my SATs success story and want some tip to how to also improve it in just one day...or more... because improving it depends on practice and person to person..
Here is the pro tip:-
When you are going to bed..and if you are not that much tired or sleepy i would want you to do these things you can choose anyone of them or mix it up do it however you like....
1. Yoga nindra..it's a meditation and it's really effective it will seriously make you almost fall asleep the best one on YouTube is by "lilly hills" yoga ninda just follow her instructions...
2. Hypnagogic is a state where you are totally calm..so you just gotta lay down in a position you are comfortable in don't move..now close your eyes and what you see? Obviously black now get lost in that blackness behind your eyes breath in and out slowly don't try to focus too hard just let it be look at it like you are watching a movie until you start seeing white dots lines swirls or it could be anything when you see this you are at that state now just affirm for whatever you want until you fall asleep..
3. This is my favourite one count your breath take one breath in -1 out-2 in-3 like this you have to count until you feel sleepy than affirm for whatever you want than fall asleep...
SATs is easy all you have to do is just focus on your affirmation until you fall asleep and get your results simple and the fact you don't even have to believe in this yet you will still get your results...
