SLEEP PARALYSIS CHALLENGE
disclaimer: if you fall into sleep paralysis, this does not mean that you will definitely see something terrible. there are no sleep paralysis demons. they are just a fragment of your mind since you are half awake and asleep. to get out of sleep paralysis, stay calm, focus on deep breathing, and try small movements like wiggling your fingers or toes to regain control
sleep paralysis is a natural condition that occurs during REM sleep. during this time, the body is temporarily paralyzed to prevent a physical reaction to dreams, while your mind remains awake. “mind awake , body asleep”. this is one of the easiest methods for shifting/void/manifestation. you have full access to your subconscious in this state, so whatever we affirm can instantly come true
SYMPTOMS OF SLEEP PARALYSIS
— unable to move
— pressure on chest
— sinking sensation into the mattress
— difficulty breathing
— strong vibrations
before going to bed and after waking up at night, you will need to induce sleep paralysis. this is not up for discussion. you can't turn over on your side and put it off until the morning or night. you must start this very night
HOW TO INDUCE SLEEP PARALYSIS
under the #sleep paralysis tag, you'll find a variety of methods for inducing sleep paralysis. below, i'll share the methods i use myself
— lie on your back one and a half to two hours before your usual bedtime
— take a couple of minutes to get into a comfortable position and relax
— set the intention to induce sleep paralysis. command your subconscious to prevent your mind from falling asleep or your body from moving
— don't move. It's okay if you move accidentally. you can swallow! i'm serious
— don't forget to relax. just because you're lying still doesn't mean your muscles aren't tense. take a couple of deep breaths. start visualizing your desired reality or life. do whatever you want, just relax
— you'll soon feel a strong urge to move or roll over. this is a roll-over signal. ignore it. don't dare move. you will regret it if you give in to the temptation to move. how to overcome the roll-over signal
— ta-da! sleep paralysis!
WAKE BACK TO BED TECHNIQUE (WBTB)
— set an alarm for 4-6 hours
— stay awake for 30 minutes or more. you should be alert enough to not fall asleep, but still feel slightly drowsy
— lie back in bed, don't move, and relax. basically, do everything I mentioned in the “before bed” method
— wait for the roll-over signal and ignore it!

SHIFTING | VOID | MANIFESTATION

HOW TO ENTER THE VOID FROM SLEEP PARALYSIS
— keep your eyes closed
— focus on the intention of “now” to enter your void state: imagine floating without a body in total darkness, and confidently affirm (in your mind) that you’re already there
— repeat: “i am now in the Void”, “i can enter the void now”
HOW TO SHIFT REALITIES FROM SLEEP PARALYSIS
— keep your eyes closed
— acknowledge your intention to be in your DR. Focus on the colors and shapes that appear behind your eyelids, then:
— affirm firmly: “i am now in [dr's name]”
— or, visualize yourself physically present in your dr and using your senses (e.g., imagine waking up in your dr and trying to feel the sheets, etc.).
HOW TO MANIFEST WITH SLEEP PARALYSIS
— you can just affirm your desires. for example, “i’m healthy”, “i’m rich”, “i have manifested xyz”
— or you can use general affirmations: “i manifest my desires instantly”, “i am in the goddess-state permanently”
— repeat affirmations over and over again
— or you just visualize desires using your senses
— if you don't have the opportunity to set an alarm, then give your subconscious a command to wake you up in a few hours. you can also try drinking a lot of water before bed, because after a while you will wake up wanting to go to the bathroom. but personally, i just fall asleep without a blanket, knowing that i will wake up from the cold
— if you want to get out of sleep paralysis, keep calm, focus on deep breathing, and try small movements like wiggling your fingers or toes to regain control of your body
— try moving your eyes up, down, left, and right in all directions to simulate rapid eye movement (REM) when inducing sleep paralysis
— once you feel the symptoms kicking in, do not passively try to interact or try to manipulate sleep paralysis
— don't immediately start to affirm. calm down and let sleep paralysis take over
— if you are someone who sleeps too fast even after turning off the alarm, place your phone across the room and wake up to switch it off
— if it is hard for you to stay aware, repeat a mantra “mind awake, body asleep”, to fasten the process
