S2OH’s were probably the hardest barbell movement and the dubs were just annoying! We split barbell reps into 10′s for 2 sets each, then a 5 for 1 each and the dubs were split into 2 sets of 50 each.
The hang power cleans and front squats felt better than I expected them to. Burpees were hard! Just tried to keep the pace consistent and not burn myself out by trying to go fast knowing the double unders were coming.
