Fasted rd: 1st = 2.53 mins
Slowest rd: 5th = 3.05 mins
I love EMOMs as they always bring the intensity! Important especially with training at home. I averaged 3 minutes for rounds 2-4.
Dubs in all rounds were unbroken! Today was a good day.
The snatches were all done unbroken, and they hurt like a mother in rounds 3-5. Managed to recycle reps in all rounds which I’m really pleased with.
Wall balls were so hard after everything else. The most reps I did unbroken was 10 in the first round, after that it went down to around 5-8.
