Hi y'all! This is going to be my first post so I thought I should introduce myself and also give a little background information. I'm River, and I have been involved with tarot for almost a year now but haven't really done any readings to anyone besides myself and I'm not exactly sure how it's going to go. Honesty, this person seems to have gone through some hardship in the past and is still hurt by it. This could be some financial hardship or some sort of emotional struggle/isolation. It doesn't seem to be connected to anything romantic or a past relationship. It could be just issues surrounding finances or family life or they could've just emotionally went through a bad time. 1. Be kind to your parents and spend more time with them.

I’m a very kind and loving person, but even I was rude to my mom when I was a teenager. I think everyone goes through that phase. At the time, I just didn’t have the same level of social and self-awareness that I do now. I was more self-centered, preoccupied with my own thoughts and life, and when she asked me what I was doing or what I was typing on my phone, it would annoy me. I’d respond with sarcasm and rudeness, thinking it was justified. Now, as an adult, I look back and feel guilty. She could’ve had the worst day at work, and I never even asked how her day went. I didn’t know, and I could have responded in a way that gave her the chance to vent. But because I shut her down and showed disinterest, she probably just kept it to herself. She might have gone upstairs and cried, and I never would have known. If your parents work long hours & you’re at home all summer doing nothing, the least you can do is have the dishes done and the house spotless when they come home. It will make such a big difference for them. It takes maybe 30 minutes of your time, but it will help strengthen your bond with them, make their lives easier & happier. Plus, you’ll feel more productive, and, of course, it’s good karma, right? They’ll be more willing to let you hang out with friends or buy something if you are a good kid. Even if you’re an adult and don’t live with them anymore, make an effort to call them more often. When you’re at their house, offer to do the dishes. They’re getting older, and you’re still young! It’s bad for your eyesight, attention span, mental health, anxiety, posture, and more. You can still enjoy these activities, but be mindful of how much time you spend on them. Start working out that doesn’t have to mean intense cardio or lifting heavy weights, it could be as simple as doing yoga or Pilates at home for 20 minutes), get up and stretch, dance in your room, or listen to Pandora and discover new music. If you’ve only seen the movies, try reading The Hunger Games or Harry Potter series. Clean your room or take a walk on a nearby trail. Volunteering locally is another great way to spend your time. Not only is it beneficial for your physical and social health, but it also looks great on your résumé. For example, if you start volunteering at your local food bank now, you can include that experience on job or program applications in 2-3 years. When you waste time, you don’t realize how quickly it passes. Three hours on your phone can feel like 30 minutes, and three months can feel like two. Make the most of your summer vacation, time off, and free time.

3. Always listen to your gut when it comes to people.

My input: While society somewhat acknowledges that now, disabled people are still not included in that. We're still often told we're ugly and undesirable.

If we do get into romantic relationships, people often assume we're burdens on our partners and our partners secretly hate us for it.

It's often said how amazing an able-bodied or seemingly nondisabled person is for dating a physically disabled person.

Disabled people are also looked down upon for leaving if we're cheated on. Because we're quote unquote "lucky" our partners are with us. And we're told of course they would cheat because there's no way they could be satisfied with just us and they probably cheated because they would feel guilty breaking up with us.
