Honestly, I know Adrienette will break up because of Marinette secret but also because the show itself is forshadowing their break up:

Marinette's grandmother saw her and Adrien dancing and compared them to her and her ex husband and it's not the first time that happen since Nino was scared that Adrien and Marinette would end up as his parents.

That's why he wanted them to be a superhero couple, so that they will be unity more than before:

Also, when Marinette's grandma used her power he made her son a baby again while Sabine stayed the same as Ladybug became older and Chat Noir became a baby:

I know they're the same people but i think the only way for them to be actually together is to know each other identities (especially Ladybug/Marinette revealing Adrien's father secret) although they will end up split up or divorce and in this case broken up as they kinda did in Heartfixer episode...

Maybe my point was that in the end it will be Ladynoir to be establish because either Adrien will know the truth alone and he will hate Ladybug to not tell him before or it will be Marinette in the end to tell him but who knows if Adrien will get that Marinette is Ladybug or if Marinette will invent another story to say how he got that letter...
