Revolved triangle pose / Posture du triangle inversé
Stand with your feet about a meter apart (see picture). The right foot be pointing foward and the left at a 45 degree angle. Your hips must be square. Bend to bring your left hand beside your right foot and twist to the right, the right hand going up pointing the sky. Keep the posture a couple of breaths and do it again with the left side.
BENEFITS
Strengthens and stretches the legs. Stretches the hips and spine. Opens the chest to improve breathing. Relieves mild back pain. Stimulates the abdominal organs. Improves sense of balance.

Tenez-vous debout avec vos pieds à un mètre de distance (voir la photo). Le pied droit pointe l’avant et le pied gauche à un angle de 90 degrés. Vos hanches doivent être bien droites. Penchez-vous et déposez votre main gauche à côté du pied droit et tournez votre buste vers la droite, la main droite pointant le ciel. Gardez la posture quelques respirations et recommencez du côté gauche.
