HOW IS IT DONE? 1- Start lying on your back with your elbows propping you up. 2- Lift your hips off the ground. 3- Hold this position for 15 sec. 4- After a week, increase the time for holding position up to 30 sec.

There is probably not a day that goes by that I don’t think about that time in my life and how far I’ve come. Looking at life as a place to explore and change and grow and not as a place of restrictions and have to’s and shoulds has helped to change my mindset. Mental health is important. Don’t ignore it. Ask for help. Talk to someone. The resources that are available now are amazing.
