Caprese is a quick and easy dish to make and is one of my personal favorites. You can make a caprese salad, mini caprese skewers, or a toasted caprese sandwich!

Ingredients

Tomatoes - prosperity & abundance

Mozzarella - quick results

Fresh basil - money

Olive Oil (extra virgin is preferred) - wealth

Salt - for taste and purification purposes

Pepper - for taste and to repel bad luck

Balsamic Glaze - wealth

Instructions

Prepare the ingredients first.

Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into slices.

While you put together the dish, say aloud what each ingredient is used for. (ex. Tomatoes for prosperity and abundance, Mozzarella for quick results)

Lay out the tomatoes on the plate. Lay the mozzarella on top of the tomatoes slices, then lay the basil leaves on top of the mozzarella.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze.

Finish by saying, out loud, “As quick as I've made this dish, quickly will cash come to me. As I have said it, so shall it be."

Possible Variations and Notes

More types of tomatoes could manifest as multiple channels of cash flowing in.

Plate the dish nicely. The aesthetically pleasing dish will likely boost energy. Happy = Energy for me so perhaps the same will go for you.

Autumnal Spell for Letting Go (5 Steps)

Hi friends! This ritual invites you to harness the natural magic of the autumnal cycle in 5 simple yet potent steps. May it bring you relaxation, trust, spaciousness & peace in this season and beyond.

Purpose: to stop clinging to what’s no longer serving you (patterns, beliefs, places, things)

Need:

• freshly fallen leaf

• small piece of paper

• pen

• red, black or white candle (see steps for intention/meanings)

• match or lighter

• fire safe dish

Steps:

1. Bring home a freshly fallen leaf that isn’t yet dried. Search for one that you find beautiful, that you would even think to press & preserve. Place this leaf in your fire safe dish.

2. Select a candle that matches the energy you need for letting go (red if you need to empower yourself, black if you need to banish, white if you need to cleanse). Set the candle on top of your fallen leaf in the dish.

3. Take your piece of paper and write out the things you want to let go of.Place this piece of paper in the dish, underneath the leaf. While you do this, center yourself and meditate on the reasons you’ve been holding onto these things — as well as your reasons & the beauty in letting them end.

4. With your intentions in mind, light the candle and allow it to burn down completely. Imagine the flame of the candle fuelling your will to let go, banish, or cleanse.

5. Once the candle has burned down, set the dish somewhere in your home you walk by or visit frequently, such as your altar or a windowsill. Over the next few days, allow the leaf to dry out & die. As it does, the patterns/cycles you wrote down are also being allowed to come to an end.

Once the leaf has fully dried, the ritual is sealed and you can dispose of the leaf, candle & paper.

Take your cinnamon powder, go outside your front door and blow some powder at your door.

I just moved in with my smoke sensitive boyfriend, so I had to store my eucalyptus smoke stick for now and come up with another way to cleanse and protect our new place. A spray doesn’t effect anyone, it’s quicker than a smoke stick is, and bonus points for smelling like cinnamon :) Lets get started !!

1) Gather your ingredients

I personally used:

-1 cinnamon stick

-3 bay leaves

-a couple pinches of rosemary

-some sea salt

-sage(homegrown and harvested in personal garden, not used for smoke cleansing)

-a couple lemon slices

-sea water

-rain water

All these ingredients have correlations with both cleansing and protecting, so I choose these, but you can pick which herbs you want to toss in there to modify the spray to your own liking! But no matter what herbs you choose, you will need these items:

-a small pot

-a pot cover

-stirring spoon

-something to strain out the herbs

-a cleansed spray bottle

-paint or marker

2)choose your sigil!

I chose this simple and lovely sigil to cleanse and protect made by @kore-amore ! You can choose any sigil you like to modify the spray how you want.

3) Get brewin

We have everything picked and laid out, now it’s time to grab your pot, pour the water and herbs into it, and set it to medium heat

Once it gets to a boil, I like to stir it counter clockwise and think about the negative things the spray will cleanse, and then stir clockwise thinking about the positive protection the spray will bring. After a few minutes of stirring, cover the top with your lid, set it to low heat, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, or however long it takes till the water is potent in smell(most of the time, depending on which herbs you use, the water will also turn a different color, mine turned yellow, as seen below)

Here we have a finished brew!

4) Strain and pour

Once your brew has cooled down a bit, strain out the herbs and pour into your spray bottle!

5) Paint your sigil

I used the sigil I chose earlier and painted it on with black paint(once again, credit to @kore-amore for this lovely sigil), but you can choose any sigil or paint color you like! Just be sure to think hard about the intent of the sigil you are painting, as the sigil itself only does half the work, and the other is your own magik :)

6) Start sprayin!
