And this is pretty much normal #CherylSpeed if you ask anyone who knows me; however, I did speed it up just slightly to get the actual 1 minute 13 seconds to fit into just under a minute. Anyhooooo... May I now present you with your #challengemoveoftheweek! 💪🏼💥💁🏼 Voila!!! I call this the #ReadySetGo into #CherylFlow. Your quads will be burning! (Modifications: keep both hands on the ground just outside your front foot. *OR* stand with your front foot and a half squat and slide your back leg back-and-forth to tap behind with leg extended into tap in front next to the squatted leg.) 💥💥💥 Do three sets of 15 on each leg with the yoga flow in between.
