Working on two rep max Bulgarian split squats. Hit 100 for two multiple times on my left leg. My right leg let me hit 100 for one set of two before it cried uncle and made me drop back to 95 pounds. Followed by a 20 minute AMRAP of 120 single unders, walking lunges, and bear crawls.
