@womenshealthmag Published an upgrade to the V-up Ab exercises by saying to add in weights. Great Idea but, If you were a Trampolinist or Gymnast you know what's harder. HOLDING AND KICK OUTS. Pull into your V-Up or what I call Like Up starting with arms straight up. Go to ankles and slide down the side while holding. No relaxing the upper body (keep shoulder blades off floor , No relaxing the lower half (keep ankles off floor) and put arms all the way back up straight.
