Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups almond flour. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/4 cup melted coconut oil. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 can 13.5 oz coconut milk. 1/4 cup cornstarch. 1/3 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup shredded coconut toasted, for garnish.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Put cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and almond flour in a bowl. Fill a tart pan with the dough and press it into the bottom and up the sides. Bake the crust for 10 to 12 minutes, and then let it cool all the way down. Use a whisk to mix the cornstarch, sugar, vanilla extract, and coconut milk in a saucepan. Stirring all the time, cook over medium heat until it gets thick. Put the coconut cream filling into the crust after it has cooled. Put the tart in the fridge for at least two hours to set. Add toasted shredded coconut as a garnish before serving.
