Classic and delicious chocolate chip cookies that are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.
Ingredients: 1 cup butter, softened. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 large eggs. 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 2 cups chocolate chips.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Mix the butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl until the mixture is smooth. Add the eggs one at a time while beating. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together in a different bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture little by little. Add the chocolate chips and mix them in. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets that have not been greased. When the edges are golden brown, it's done baking. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes on the baking sheets before moving them to wire racks to cool completely.
