Smelling the camellias post-teaching two Pilates classes after a full day of work and thinking I am so grateful to work this hard at something I love!!!!

Caught in action, teaching my senior client the pull-up/squat. 💪🏻 Holding the bar from above not only challenges her shoulder mobility, it also helps support her lower extremities as her hips shift back to mimic the action of sitting in a chair. Last November I didn’t post anything about getting certified for @liquidmotionct 1.0 because I wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the moves....and figure out where I was going with it all. When the opportunity to get certified with @jenijanoisliquid for 2.0 -in Atlanta- came up, I had to do it! It was amazing!
