Repost from @silviarossi.pilates • Back extension Friday!!! 🤸🏻‍♀️🤸🏻‍♀️🤸🏻‍♀️ Today I’m working with an extra long light band (2,5 mt) using #konnectmethod to connect the 4 limbs and get a deeper awareness of the movement. #Konnectionsformat has been created by @viktor_pilates Of course you can do these without the band. Back extensions are an essential part in every Pilates routine. Engage your abs , scoop your belly and in prone position gently push your pelvis on to the mat. Doing bridges think to create a long line from shoulders to knees. Breathe, move mindfully and enjoy the experience 🤸🏻‍♀️ Estensioni della colonna vertebrale 🤸🏻‍♀️🤸🏻‍♀️🤸🏻‍♀️ Oggi sto usando una banda elastica lunga 2,5 metri e utilizzo il #Konnectmethod che collegando i 4 arti aumenta la consapevolezza del movimento. #konnectionsformat è stato creato da @viktor_pilates Naturalmente potete eseguire questi esercizi senza la banda elastica. Le estensioni della colonna sono essenziali in ogni routine di Pilates. Attiva l’addome, porta l’ombelico verso la colonna e nella posizione prona spingi gentilmente le ossa del bacino sul tappetino. Nel bridge pensa a creare una lunga linea che va dalle spalle alle ginocchia.
